“Un paraíso inolvidable, con ganas de regresar, el servicio A1, cada empleado te saluda con entusiasmo, siempre estan pendientes para proveer el mejor servicio. Los paisajes, el hotel como tal hermoso, la vista en cada rincón increíble, la habitación (casita) espectacularmente bella y cómoda El bar/restaurant en el lobby demasiado bueno, el sushi y las canoas de camote uff son otro nivel, los meseros muy cordiales nos recomendaron que tipos de sushi comer y el vino blanco que nos trajeron excelente calidad de hecho comimos y nos tomamos unos vinos ahi por 3 noches seguidas ya que el ambiente muy buena. Siguen los protocolos para prevención del covid de hecho en la habitación nos dejaron, guantes, mascarillas, sanitizer e inclusive repelente para los mosquitos El restaurante en la playa, la vista es un paraiso total porque comes a orilla de la playa, la comida a la carta deliciosa pero se tardaban mucho Lo único el telefono de la casita que estaba hospedada no tenia servicio, causándonos mucha espera y retraso para encontrarnos con el grupo que estabamos, nos tocaba obligatoriamente tomar los carritos ya que nuestra casita estaba muy lejos del lobby o los restaurantes por eso no nos íbamos caminando ya que era muy retirada de todo y hasta el dia antes de irnos fue arreglado el teléfono pero siempre habia alguien pendiente para reportar esto. El restaurante la laguna en el desayuno excelente, la cena terrible en este restaurante, nos dieron un pescado dañado (los 3 habíamos pedido el mismo plato porque el mesero lo habia recomendado como el mejor plato del restaurante) y ni siquiera el chef o nadie vino a disculparse Los que nos recibieron las maletas muy cordiales y puntuales Los que manejaban el carrito muy cordiales siempre con una sonrisa, buscaban tema de conversación y muy respetuosos Los del servicio de autobuses que nos recogieron y llevaron al aeropuerto excelente Los del tour muy buenos y explicaban muy bien la historia y cultura de Mexico, nos daban recomendaciones de que hacer y a donde ir en los parques El servicio del cuarto excelenteDe resto fueron unas muy merecidas vacaciones, con ganas de regresar pronto, quedamos enamorados de la cultura, comida, amenities del hotel, el servicio y las personas todo el staff del hotel de excelente calidad! Si buscas unas vacaciones 5 estrellas, de lujo y que te sientas en el paraiso, el hotel Fairmont Mayakoba es el ideal! 100% recomendado”

“Had the chance to stay here for 4 days. What an awesome experience. The property was in the middle of a renovation but that didn't disrupt our experience at all. Service is the best you can find and there is good variety of activities, food and drinks. Special kudos and recognition to Antonio Salguero, Restaurant General Manager, who took care of us and got us into a tequila tasting on a boat tour that is 100% recommendable, and take this from a non-tequila fan. The spa is also awesome with great attention to your request and all the staff aim to make this a magical experience.”
