Eu dirigi todos os de Orangeville, Canadá para ficar aqui parcialmente para o fim de semana e alguns, visitando meus amigos americanos para um casamento.O quarto era bom, confortável e limpo. As comodidades da área definitivamente o tornaram bastante agradável, e tudo era fácil de usar. Definitivamente um plus para ter aquele ar fresco quando é um dia quente de passeio, especialmente depois de um casamento! Os serviços como o café da manhã de cortesia e o Wi-Fi foram muito úteis para manter contato além da fronteira, além de ajudar nessas manhãs, pois meu cartão de débito canadense nem sempre funcionava.A razão pela qual estou dando quatro estrelas de cinco é simplesmente pelo preço. Custou cerca de US$ 600USD, o que é bastante íngreme em minha opinião para duas noites. Mesmo no Canadá, acho que nunca fui cobrado tanto, a menos que seja em algum tipo de resort.No geral, foi um local muito agradável com funcionários simpáticos!

Manejé todo el viaje desde Orangeville, Canadá, para quedarme aquí parcialmente durante el fin de semana y visitar a mis amigos estadounidenses para una boda.La habitación era agradable, cómoda y limpia. Las comodidades en el área definitivamente lo hicieron bastante agradable, y todo fue fácil de usar. Definitivamente una ventaja tener ese aire fresco cuando es un día caluroso de caminata, ¡especialmente después de una boda! Los servicios como el desayuno de cortesía y el Wi-Fi fueron muy útiles para mantenerse en contacto en la frontera, así como ayudaron esas mañanas ya que mi tarjeta de débito canadiense no siempre funcionaba.La razón por la que le doy cuatro estrellas de cinco es simplemente por el precio. Costó alrededor de $ 600 USD, que en mi opinión es bastante caro para dos noches. Incluso en Canadá, no creo que me hayan cobrado tanto a menos que haya sido en algún tipo de resort.En general, fue un lugar muy agradable con un personal amable.

I drove all the from Orangeville, Canada to stay here partially for the weekend and some, visiting my American friends for a wedding. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Amenities in the area definitely made it quite nice, and everything was easy to use. Definitely a plus to have that cool air when it's a hot day of walking, especially after a wedding! The services like the complimentary breakfast and the Wi-Fi was very handy to keep in contact over the border, as well as helped for those mornings since my Canadian debit card didn't always work. The reason I'm giving it four stars out of fives is simply for the price. It did cost about $600USD, which is pretty steep in my opinion for two nights. Even in Canada I don't think I've ever been charged so much unless it's been at a resort of some sort. Overall, it was a very nice location with friendly staff!

Quartos bem cuidados, limpos e confortáveis. Uma localização muito tranquila na verdade, mas não muito longe de 91 tão bons acessos. Piscina, ginásio, etc amenidades, o pequeno-almoço é uma mistura típica de quente e continental. A equipe é muito útil e agradável. Todo o HVAC nos quartos está em excelentes condições de funcionamento. A área de estacionamento é um pouco apertada, mas há um lugar para estacionar, mas não é o mais conveniente na área do estacionamento ao lado da rodovia. Definitivamente uma ótima opção se você quiser uma localização centralizada para a área de Hartford/Springfield/Northampton/amherst. Não é uma tonelada de restaurantes ou brewpub/taprooms nas proximidades, mas muitos a 15-20 minutos de carro, então não é ruim.

Habitaciones bien cuidadas, limpias y cómodas. En realidad, una ubicación muy tranquila, pero no lejos de la 91, por lo que es un buen acceso. Servicios de piscina, gimnasio, etc., el desayuno es una mezcla típica de caliente y continental. El personal es MUY servicial y agradable. Todo el HVAC en las habitaciones está en excelentes condiciones de funcionamiento. El área de estacionamiento es un poco estrecha, pero hay un lugar para estacionar, pero no es el más conveniente en el área del lote al lado de la autopista. Definitivamente una excelente opción si desea una ubicación centralizada para el área de Hartford/Springfield/Northampton/amherst. No hay una tonelada de restaurantes o cervecerías / tabernas cerca, pero muchos se encuentran a 15-20 minutos en automóvil, por lo que no está mal.

Well maintained, clean, and comfortable rooms. A very quiet location actually, but not far from 91 so good access. Pool, gym, etc amenities, breakfast is typical mix of hot and continental. Staff is VERY helpful and pleasant. All the HVAC in the rooms is in excellent working condition. Parking area is a bit tight, but there is a place to park, just not the most convenient in the highway side lot area. Definitely a great option if you want kind of a Centralized location for the Hartford/Springfield/Northampton/amherst area. Not a tonne of restaurants or brewpub/taprooms nearby, but many within a 15-20 minute drive, so not bad.

Este hotel está super desatualizado. Precisa ser totalmente reformado. Tivemos um problema com o encanamento no banheiro e no chuveiro, o sistema de aquecimento emitia um cheiro de queimado, a luz da entrada do teto piscava constantemente e o teclado elétrico da porta estava quebrado, então tivemos que continuar descendo até a recepção. Eu não podia expressar minha frustração com a equipe de arrumação porque os de plantão não falavam bem inglês. Eu teria dado 1 estrela, mas a equipe foi muito atenciosa e o gerente nos ajudou muito. Eu amo a marca Marriott, mas eu não ficaria aqui neste local novamente até que eles tragam este lugar para o código.

Este hotel está súper anticuado. Necesita ser completamente renovado. Tuvimos un problema con nuestras tuberías tanto en el inodoro como en la ducha, el sistema de calefacción emitía un olor a quemado, la luz de la entrada del techo parpadeaba constantemente y el teclado eléctrico de la puerta estaba roto, por lo que tuvimos que seguir bajando a la recepción. No podía expresar mi frustración al personal de limpieza porque los que estaban de guardia no hablaban bien inglés. Le hubiera dado 1 estrella, pero el personal fue muy servicial y el gerente nos ayudó mucho. Me encanta la marca Marriott, pero no me quedaría aquí en este lugar nuevamente hasta que traigan este lugar al código.

This hotel is super outdated. It needs to be completely renovated. We had a problem with our plumbing in both the toilet and shower, the heating system emitted a burning smell, the ceiling entry light flickered constantly, and the electric keypad on the door was broken so we had to keep going down to the front desk. I couldn't express my frustration to the housekeeping staff because the ones on duty didn't speak English well. I would have given 1 star but the staff was very accommodating and the manager helped us a lot. I love the Marriott brand but I wouldn't stay here at this location again until they bring this place up to code.
