Hotel razoável.

As pessoas da recepção são muito simpáticas e prestativas. O quarto do hotel era ótimo. Foi muito limpo e acolhedor. Tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. O café da manhã é bom. Eles tinham cereais, ovos, salsicha, suco de laranja e muito mais. Com certeza voltaria quando for passar uma noite em Orlando.

The reception people are very nice and helpful. The hotel room was great. It was very clean and welcoming. We had everything that we needed. The breakfast is good. They had cereal, eggs, sausage, orange juice and more. I would definitely come back when I am staying a night in Orlando.

Did not get a good night’s sleep. Walls are paper thin and lots of maintenance sounds around 5:00 am. Room was very clean, bed was good with good pillows, and the staff was super, but just too noisy to give it a better review.

My family and I stayed here for four nights and the front desk staff was amazing! They greeted us each time we entered and were so helpful. We had two large dogs with us so we didn’t use housekeeping but the front desk accommodate our every request. Rooms were very clean as were the hallways and public spaces! Breakfast wasn’t great but it’s a hotel not a five star dinning restaurant! Pool was cold but clean! We checked into an extended stay prior to going to Fairfield and was extremely disgusted. From here on out we will be staying with Fairfield everywhere we go!

The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the two stars is about the rooms. When we walked in, we saw there was only one bar of soap and one shampoo and conditioner for two people. The rolled-up shower mat had mold on the bottom of it and the bathroom floor flooded every time I opened the shower door. When I would open the shower door, there was no bumper on the wall and it would slam into the wall, making the room shake. The bathroom also had mysterious spots on the wallpaper. The floors and walls in the whole room were paper thin. I could hear things banging in other rooms and children running down the hall all hours of the night. When I woke up, I was blinded by the sun as the room window was directly facing the East. I tried to close the blinds and they would close all the way because the AC unit was in the middle. The room was painfully bright and there was no way to stop it. The grossest part was when the sun shined in, it illuminated hand prints on the walls and closets and disgusting booger-like stuff on the walls. I was grossed out the entire time I was in the room, so thankfully I was only there for two nights.

I cannot sleep in sleazy hotel. I had checked in a hotel down the road, but after I entered the room, I immediately checked out! I am a part of the Marriott family so I thought I would be safe checking into this hotel! We checked in after 12AM, and had an early morning. I just knew I would get some much needed rest. Boy was I wrong. The noisy AC/Heating Unit kept me up.. But that was not the worst thing that happened. I was eaten up by BED BUGS!😰 I called the manager this morning. Can you believe she offered to refund me half of the money I paid! Stay there at your own risk. If BED BUGS are in 1 room, they are probably in others. I have never been bitten by BED BUGS in my life.. To say I am upset is an understatement!😭

Why was my stay excellent? One word…Jacky. My wife and I showed up late at night without a reservation and Jacky could not have been more helpful. Friendly, funny, accommodating and understanding she made all the difference on our trip and will return to this property in the future because of her.

It seems this property is either really great or really bad. So when booking we took the gamble. Unfortunately, it was really bad for us. We stayed when there was young sports team there and it was obnoxiously loud. The team was rude and inconsiderate of other guests. They ran up and down the hallway. Screamed and yelled at all times of the day and that's not exaggerating. Front desk and management was of no help. Front desk said they host a lot of sports teams so our family will not be staying at this location again. Too many other hotels to choose from to have to deal with such rude people.

Excelente en todo sentido. El personal súper amable. Las habitaciones limpias y en muy buen estado. La pileta genial, el desayuno abundante y bien surtido. No te cobran por recibir paquetes. La ropa de cama y almohadas geniales. El único comentario negativo que puedo hacer es que en la habitación había unos bichitos diminutos, pero no empaña todo lo bueno que tiene el hotel.
