“O quarto estava ok - um pouco mofado e uma garrafa de água usada estava no balcão, então não tenho certeza sobre a limpeza. A recepção foi rude. Reservamos um traslado das 5 da manhã para o aeroporto e às 5 foi informado que eles estavam atrasados. Sem desculpas e ela ficou irritada como se não fosse grande coisa. Obviamente, se você acorda com as crianças e está indo para o aeroporto às 5 da manhã, não quer ficar sentado esperando um ônibus atrasado. Há muitos hotéis nas proximidades, então não tenho certeza se ficaria novamente.”
