“Requested a 1pm check-in through the app 2 days before our stay. Showed up at 1:40 and was informed the room wouldn’t be available until 3. THANKFULLY I have family in the area that I visited with. Called back at 3, which is official check-in time, STILL not ready. We couldn’t check in until after 4. Then we were given keys to a room that someone else is already occupying! Two adults, a one year old baby, and two dogs go trudging back to the desk to get a new room. My phone is still allowing me to open the door to the other room with the Marriott app! This place SUCKS. Thank goodness it’s only one night”

O quarto em si era ótimo - muito limpo, confortável - as inconsistências com a equipe em duas ocasiões diferentes e obter um reembolso processado por uma carga dupla não foi fácil. A equipe não é bem treinada. Queijo mofado do nosso pacote de carne / queijo das mini guloseimas disponíveis, a chave não funcionou para o nosso quarto, difícil de entrar em contato com o gerente - essas coisas permitem apenas 1 estrela. Não vai ficar novamente.

Posso ouvir tudo ao meu redor. (a estrada, o caridoor, os bipes do elevador, as conversas) 4 travesseiros e nenhum em que eu possa dormir. Tudo fino e desinflado. O controle AC não tem (On). Somente desligado e automático. Que é BS. De jeito nenhum você pode ajustar a temperatura da água no chuveiro ao seu gosto antes de se molhar. Nada neste hotel é projetado para o conforto do cliente, mas o conforto do proprietário. A piscina é pequena e não há ofurô. Quem me registrou não era um rosto amigável ao cliente. Este hotel não é para mim.

The room itself was great - very clean, comfortable - the inconsistencies with staff on two different occasions & getting a refund processed for a double charge was not easy. Staff is not well trained. Moldy cheese from our meat/cheese pack from the mini treats available, key did not work for our room, difficult to get a hold of the manager - these things only allow for 1 star. Will not stay again.

Can hear everything around me. (the road, the caridoor, the beeps in the elevator, chats)
4 pillows and not one I can sleep on. All thin and deflated.
The AC control doesn't have (On). Only off and auto. Which is BS.
No way on earth you can set the water temperature in the shower to your liking before getting wet. Nothing in this hotel is designed for the comfort of the customer but the comfort of the owner.
The swimming pool is tiny, and there's no hot tub.
Whoever checked me in wasn't customer friendly face.
This hotel isn't for me.

Mi hijo eligió el hotel perfecto para mi escapada de cumpleaños. El hotel es luminoso y acogedor, con muchas ventanas grandes que permiten a los huéspedes una vista panorámica de los alrededores. Está ubicado cerca del corazón de las tiendas, los restaurantes y los lugares de entretenimiento. En un clima más cálido, me hubiera encantado pasar tiempo en la hermosa terraza al aire libre. Todas las reseñas decían que estaba súper limpio, así que lo reservé, el hotel se ve agradable y limpio y todo, pero cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación inmediatamente encontramos que el sofá estaba lleno de pelo de animal y con un juguete para mascotas tirado en el piso. la sábana tenía algún trozo de piel muerta. fue bastante asqueroso. por suerte solo tuvimos que quedarnos una noche.

Meu filho escolheu o hotel perfeito para minha viagem de aniversário. O hotel é luminoso e convidativo, com muitas janelas grandes para permitir aos hóspedes uma vista panorâmica da área circundante. Está localizado perto do coração de lojas, restaurantes e locais de entretenimento. Nos dias mais quentes, eu adoraria passar o tempo no belo terraço ao ar livre. Não tive tempo de aproveitar a piscina coberta, academia ou lavanderia… talvez na próxima viagem. Meu quarto era limpo, espaçoso e confortável. E a equipe foi muito atenciosa.

Todos os comentários diziam que era super limpo, então reservei, o hotel parece agradável e limpo e tudo, mas quando chegamos ao nosso quarto imediatamente, encontramos o sofá cheio de pêlos de animais e com algum brinquedo de estimação no chão. o lençol tinha algum pedaço de pele morta. foi bem nojento. felizmente só tivemos que ficar uma noite.

My son picked the perfect hotel for my birthday getaway. The hotel is bright and inviting, with lots of large windows to allow guests a panoramic view of the surrounding area. It’s located near the heart of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. In warmer weather, I would have loved to spend time on the beautiful outdoor terrace. I didn’t have time to take advantage of the indoor pool, gym or laundry facility… maybe next trip. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. And the staff was very accommodating.

All the reviews said it was super clean so I booked it, the hotel looks nice and clean and all but when we got into our room immediately we found the sofa was full of animal hair and with some pet toy laying on the floor. the bed sheet had some dead skin piece. it was quite gross. luckily we only had to stay one night.

One of my favorite hotels to be. It’s clean, smells fresh, comfortable, has games in the lobby, free breakfast, and tea/coffee. They foster dogs from the local shelter to help adopt more dogs. Over 100 dogs adopted in the last year! Amazing people

Nice interior, great customer service, decent breakfast buffet, but, they did not mention that their hot tub is outside and out of service in the winter. We went for a weekend get away and really wanted the hot tub to relax. Still a nice place.

Dos adultos, un bebé de un año y dos perros regresan al escritorio para conseguir una nueva habitación. ¡Mi teléfono todavía me permite abrir la puerta de la otra habitación con la aplicación Marriott! Então, recebemos as chaves de um quarto que outra pessoa já está ocupando! Dois adultos, um bebê de um ano e dois cachorros voltam para a escrivaninha para comprar um novo quarto. Meu telefone ainda está me permitindo abrir a porta para o outro quarto com o aplicativo Marriott! Este lugar é uma merda. Ainda bem que é apenas uma noite
