“This is the probably one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. Unfortunately the clientele which just abhorrent. This is not a family resort. Women were dressed in bathing suits that hardly covered the areas your underwear covers and the men that they were with them did not keep their hands to themselves. We saw a lot of inappropriate touching/kissing and couples fighting loudly on the beach. Guests were screaming in the lobby and playing loud music from their cell phones. They left trash all over the resort. It's so sad to see people treat such a beautiful space with this level of disrespect. One evening we heard furniture being dragged around in the room above us and called the front desk multiple times, asking them to intervene. On the third call I was told that security walked by and didn't hear noise so they can't do anything. The following morning we walked outside and saw a dining set on the balcony above us. Keep in mind, dining sets don't come with the rooms we were staying in. No idea how they got that up there. We came on our honeymoon and ended up checking out a day early. Not sure if this is because of COVID restrictions lifting and people taking advantage of the good deals or what, but we won't be returning. On the positive side, we were told we would get a refund for the night we checked out early.”

“My first trip since Covid and I was pleased. The rooms were clean and so were the public areas of the hotel. I mostly used the beach which was nice, however there was no beach service my entire stay until the last day! I found that odd. Since there is also no daily cleaning of the rooms, it would be nice to offer fresh towels and to check bathroom toiletries daily. We had to call each day to request those items. All in all, I would stay here again! Only 8 minutes from the airport too,very convenient!”
