“If I could give it a Zero I would!!! I had to request towels and Apparently you have to request housekeeping my husband and I were there a week and not once did they show up. I mentioned that housekeeping has not been to our room yet and the front desk person said that was strange. She said I should have my room cleaned daily. Will it wasn’t. Not once, I bagged the trash. The walls by the windows are rotting you can put your fingers through them. There is mold. The staff can be rude and act like your putting them out, some were nice. For a Hilton I expected better!!! It’s more like a super 8 at best.”

“It was a mistake to choose this hotel. We chose this hotel because it is close to the hospital. When you enter the hotel, it smells old and damp. Immediately, I wanted to leave, but I had a sick child and I didn't want to disturb him by moving before surgery. The smell was even worse in the room where we were settled, plus the carpet had poorly been evicted. Whenever I breathed, I felt a sediment in my throat, a very unpleasant sensation, so I wanted to put the filter on my face. The windows cannot be opened and the air cannot even be vented. There was a very old renovation with popcorn on the ceiling, worn walls, stale mattresses, and low lighting that made the hotel seem very depressing. I was very disappointed with the Hilton. On the other hand, when I wanted to refuse to stay at the hotel, they told me that the manager was not there and that I would not receive a refund, despite the fact that it wasn't even 5 pm when I arrived. So the service and hospitality were not on an acceptable level for Hilton in my opinion.”
