“Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Terrible service and dirty hotel. I stayed for seven nights for a long work trip. They say you now must ask to have your room cleaned each day. They don’t make that clear anywhere either. When I saw my room wasn’t cleaned the first day I asked them to ensure it be cleaned every day going forward. The person at the front desk said “no problem” and said he put me down for daily cleaning. Second day still not cleaned. I called the front desk again and they said cleaning crew would get it the next day. Same pattern day after day. I kept calling to complain, and they would have some lame excuse every time. Half the time they would tell me I have to request it even though I had already requested it multiple times. I wouldn’t have anywhere to put the dirty towels that kept piling up, so would throw them out in the hallway. I had to keep asking for towels too since they wouldn’t clean the room. Ultimately they only cleaned my room one time the entire time I was there. I asked to speak with the manager twice, but never got any call backs. This was maddening and inexcusable. The hotel staff here aren’t doing their jobs and don’t deserve your business.”

“Estive em muitas árvores duplas e esta realmente foi decepcionante. O hotel parecia um pouco antiquado. Mas o pior é que chegamos tarde, depois de uma longa viagem de NY, eu estava deitado ao lado do meu filho quando perguntei por que seus pés fediam e que ele cheirava a suor. Ele pensou que eu estava brincando, então fomos dormir depois do banho. No meio da noite, continuei sentindo o cheiro de suor e pés sujos. Agora não poderia ser ele. Depois de pular da cama em pânico, percebi que deitamos em uma cama suja. Os pés do meu filho nunca cheiram mal e ele é um germafobe. Chuveiros 3 vezes ao dia. Alguém antes de nós alugou o quarto e deitou na cama suja e suada. Isso é inaceitável! Estamos livres da infecção covid desde o início da pandemia. Agora estou muito preocupado que possamos ter sido infectados por um hotel irresponsável e pouco profissional. Eles claramente não seguem o protocolo de segurança. FIQUE LONGE, sua vida pode estar em risco. Manterá vocês atualizados com os resultados dos nossos testes cobiçosos.”
