“No geral, um ótimo hotel. Biscoitos quentes no check-in, funcionários simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar sempre que você precisar ~ nos sentimos verdadeiramente bem-vindos. Instalações limpas. Ótimo café da manhã. No entanto, conseguimos um quarto com vista para a área do átrio ao ar livre e ambas as noites eles tiveram um evento acontecendo e é muito barulhento: (fomos mantidos até depois das 23h. Infelizmente, eu gostaria que a recepção nos informasse isso com antecedência para que pudéssemos escolher. Caso contrário, ótimo lugar e ótimas pessoas.”

“So we got this hotel over Easter weekend. Thought we would splurge and have a great time away from home.
Our kid was so excited to get to try room service. Unfortunately, there was no kitchen staff, and room service was unavailable.
The breakfast really is awesome, but I didn't know it wasn't complementary. There's a $40 charge to our bill for two of us to eat. I can't say it was that good. The real table ware and crystal glasses are a super nice touch though. The kid was very excited about the fancy stuff.
The fitness center is on point! Offers a lot for a hotel set up. Very impressive.
It's not a huge inconvenience, but there were no ceiling lights in our room. All lamp lights. Which for me isn't a huge deal. But some people really prefer overhead lighting.
The room was very clean! Even walking around barefoot didn't make my feet black. Everyone knows the hotel black bottom foot test. And this hotel passed! The towels were folded very fancy like. And again, the kid just loved that.
The front desk staff were always friendly and super helpful. I'd gladly stay here again, but I'd come prepared to pay the a steep price for breakfast and no room service.”
