“Staff and Service are exceptional. The hotel is lovely and very clean. Completely updated to North American Standards. The food is excellent, breakfast was included. Both restaurants have excellent food and room service 24hrs. Lucia at the concierge desk booked an excursion for our group of 12 with very little notice and it was incredible. You were able to exchange currency at front desk and housekeeping was perfection.”

“The breakfast is atrocious. Old fruit and deep fried stuff. Rice and beans for breakfast for some reason. Rooms are dated and unkempt. Very loud. Staff attempt politeness and my room at least was clean, but with a musty smell. I'm paying more and staying at the Sheraton next time.
It's a casino and a place to spend the night with "company" that's why they charge the extra 50 dollars for any "additional guests"
Especially avoid if traveling with family.
Don't @ me, Crowne staff. Go chop some fresh fruit.”
