“The location downtown was great and the overall appointment of the hotel was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful and the transformation of the Union Station made for a very cool experience. The only thing I can think to nitpick is that the bathrooms are quite small. It would be nice to have a higher end shower and more room to move around when the rest of the room seems nicely set up.”

“Always clean and well staffed. The train car rooms are a must to experience if you can. There is a train that goes through in the early morning can creates noise but it's not bad. PLUS it's part of the charm of it being a still operating terminal!”
