“Fairly nice hotel. Room was a little out dated and in need of touching up. Weird smell in the hallways but luckily didn’t make it to the room. But overall not a bad place to stay. With a few touch ups and figure out the random smell it would be a 5 for me.”

“I am a Platinum IHG customer. I have stayed at IHG properties in a number of countries and all around the US. I chose the Crowne Plaza for this stay because I wanted a good nights sleep before a 12 hour day of travel that started with a 4:30am wakeup time. The hotel was loud. Not because of unruly guests , rather it was a party that paid to be there in the lobby. The hotel decided it was more important to let people get drunk and yell at midnight than to think of their guest's rest. They chose to make money at their guests expense. I was upset and asked that a manager contact me. I have asked 3 times now and nothing. It has been 5 days since checkout. I will not stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend to anyone else that they do not stay there as well.”
