Super convenient location in New Jersey but so close to Manhattan. Clean and spacious room. Good amenities and fresh breakfast. Parking is not free but you can always ask for waiver. Extremely friendly and professional staff.

I stayed the Hyatt Place in Fort Lee for 5 nights and I have no complaints. The staff was friendly the free breakfast was a buffet style and very nice. The rooms were clean and the quality of the rooms were up to par. You will have to pay for parking but it's only 10 dollars. This hotel isn't very accessible for public transit so I would recommend parking somewhere along the New Jersey PATH Train Stations to get into New York City. Overall a good hotel to stay in and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay that close to New York City.

I love staying at the Hyatt but This was my first time staying at this location and it’s really nice! I love its location because you have everything nearby. Mall, park, good food, spa, Bar, Movie theater, you name it they have it. They also have a restaurant and a bar in the lobby that has amazing food! I enjoyed my stay!

The location was not good. It’s literally next to like a random car dealership type place right on the side of the highway. When I first arrived there was not enough towels & wash cloths in the room. We called down to the front desk to ask for more and the Spanish guy was rude going back and forth with us on the phone telling us there was enough. Eventually he did end up saying he’ll have housekeeping bring some up. Once housekeeping finally brought some upstairs she was trying to debate with us as well about it. On the day of checkout, housekeeping came knocking on the door bright and early in the morning at 8am asking what time we’re leaving meanwhile check out isn’t until noon. The hotel itself was clean and so was the room. But I definitely won’t be staying here again. Be sure not to ask for towels if the Spanish guy is working!

Great place to stay near GW Bridge. Ample parking. Quick elevators. Clean modern rooms of a suite size. Quiet. Nice front desk person. Live up to its prior reviews. Would recommend for a weary traveler or someone going to a Yankee game.

Ontem à noite tivemos um ruído em torno do nosso nível, o qual o serviço de atendimento ao cliente me contatou, o qual apreciei muito. Eu sinto que se eu tivesse minha máquina de ruído branco, não teria notado muito. Há tantas áreas de estar no saguão com TVs e computadores que achei um toque agradável. No geral, foi uma boa estadia e eu ficaria novamente.

Everyone serving guests was very friendly and provided very good service with a smile. The entire property was clean. I would have given 5 stars, however, I think there should be microwaves in rooms. Also, I was disappointed at the length of lines for breakfast, and many persons, including children who had been in line long before 9am had to walk away without breakfast. The duration of breakfast in light of the pandemic should be extended as people are distancing and that means a longer wait.

A great experience from the original phone call with questions for our stay to checking out!Comfortable, clean, contemporary, cool - and free parking!The stay was perfect with the exception of aparticular situation with a group of kids running up and down the halls and literally playing cards in front of the bank of elevators (can't make this up).The hotel staff took care of it immediately!, and no problems with the people/kids after that.It's a wonderful stay - and quiet!Tall shower - on the 8th floor, with probably below average water pressure - that shouldn't be a reason to not stay, just be aware of it.Go stay there and have a great time!

Customer service is incredible. The staff are very friendly. The hotel was VERY clean and beautiful. Our room was upgraded because of our higher rate which is very appreciated. There was some noise from the highway which is to be expended given the location. We had an instance of noise around our level last night which customer service contacted me about which I very much appreciated. I feel like if I had my white noise machine I wouldn’t have noticed it much. There are so many sitting areas in the lobby with tvs and computers which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay again.

Great hotel.. The best Hyatt Place I have been to. The individuals at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast food was very good. Kudos to the hotel staff -no matter how busy it gets, the food was available and the area was kept clean. The rooms are in great condition as well as the hotel overall. The hotel location is close to NYC which was very convenient for me visiting the city (I was driving - not sure about public transportation)

El hotel en si es bonito, sus instalaciones son nuevas y las habitaciones están bien equipadas. Lo malo es el servicio, muy mal atendidos, las habitaciones las limpian cada cuatro días y ponen la excusa de la pandemia, pero en realidad solo es para reducir costos, al igual que los desayunos siempre son los mismos y ya se aburre uno, con mi familia tuvimos que empezar a ir a la gasolinera para variar. La ubicación es la peor tenemos que caminar hasta una estación de bus que no está tan cerca para llegara una estación de metro, para la devuelta no nos dejan en esa misma parada sino en la otra calle entonces se tiene que pasar un puente y es aún más lejos. El hotel no te ofrece ningún tipo de transporte a ningún lado entonces el Uber sale demasiado costoso ya que tica pasar un peaje, los trabajadores lentos y deficientes, siempre mala cara y ni te saludan al llegar, no ayudan con las maletas y si tu les pides algo es de mala cara, pedimos una gaseosa y nos dejaron esperando una hora y ya cuando la iban a traer ya habíamos terminado y habían tres personas en el bar y dos de ellas solo estaban sentadas hablando entre ellas, no son capaces de recoger ni la basura, así que cero recomendado, mejor consignas un hotel en Manhattan es más caro pero eso será lo que se ahorren en transporte y pues seguro tendrán un mejor servicio.

I have nothing but an abundance of praise for my stay and the staff here at Hyatt Place Fort Lee. My boyfriend booked the room for our stay for September 23rd to September 29th as a local getaway with our dog. The property was impeccably clean, comfortable and even had a small dog park out back which was an excellent perk as well as a low and reasonable pet fee. Unfortunately, during our stay our dog fell ill and had to be rushed to the nearest emergency vet and ultimately had to be put down. On our return from this awful experience, we were greeted with genuine kindness and compassion from the wonderful staff.They immediately honored our request to be moved to another room without hesitation as it would have been difficult for us to return to the room we had been staying with our dog. There was even a sympathy card under our door the following morning. Aside from this tragedy-our experience at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. They have a wide variety of grab and go breakfast, a fully stocked bar, Starbucks coffee and good food. As I am working remotely, I was able to utilize not only the nice desk in the room but the workstation and printer in the lobby. They even have more private vestibules with a couch and tv. Every interaction with any member of the staff, whether it be the front desk, housekeeping or maintenance was extremely pleasant and we enjoyed the many conversations we had with them during our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future and I would rate this place, especially the staff 10 stars if I could.

This hotel is the greatest New Jersey hotel I've been to so far of 2020! The employees are very kind, respectful, hard-working, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are very beautiful (so far I mostly know how the rooms on the 5 floor are). The bathrooms are a good fancy (some bathrooms have sliding doors, while others have regular doors. Some sinks are within the bathroom, while others are right in front of them but not inside). Also breakfast ends at 10:00 (good enough for those that wake up early or on time), and coffee that isn't Starbuck are free (but you must pay if you want to get Starbucks coffee). So if your fine with there being no pool (which is fine by me), then I think this place is a great option. Don't worry, the staff always wear masks. ( ╹▽╹ ) 😷
