“My family and I got the King Sweet for a few days here and it wasn't bad but could use some improvements, it wasn't the cleanest but the room is equipped with two flat screen TVs a pullout sofa bed that's extremely uncomfortable with extra sheets and comforter and a full length mirror, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave and coffee bar but the reservoir of the Keurig was slimey and produced fawl tasting coffee. It had central heat and air with a master bedroom, family room and two small separate closets. The elevator was extremely slow and there was never any food available for the complementary breakfast and the coffee was cold which is probably my biggest complaints.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I understand there being difficulties with the freezing in Texas, but the management wasn't transparent. First off, the elevator was out and we were on the fourth floor. A family of five, small kids, with suit cases struggled to get everything up three flights of stairs. When we checked in, we were told that management would be getting it fixed that night. Nope. They had no intention of fixing that anytime soon. Secondly, the breakfast that was put out on Sunday was the SAME leftover breakfast from the previous day. The bread was hard, the milk wasn't good, and it was obvious that it was left there from the previous day. There were also no towels. We had one towel in our room for 5 people. When we asked for more towels, the sweet folks at the counter apologized profusely about not having any stating that their towels and pillows had been stolen. I do understand difficulties, but we had to spend a lot of extra money out of out pocket, when it shouldn't have been necessary. Hotel management was no where to be found by us or by the workers keeping the hotel up and running. I really felt bad for them as well. I will not recommend anyone to this hotel.”
