“The staff was great and the rooms were clean and quiet. The location is very convenient but the grounds need a lot of work. There is a half built, and possibly abandoned, restaurant on one side and a music store that went out of business on the other side. The grass and landscaping need quite a bit of cleaning up.”

“A front desk woman who was likely in their late 40s, Black, had short dreads, and wore glasses was very rude. She was passive aggressive from the start when I asked if we could get a little more time to check out. We came to the decision we’d just stay another night. It was obvious she didn’t want us there. She said we’d have to wait outside until we booked which we politely abided by even though it was snowing and ridiculous. When I tried to book she assumed I didn’t have the means to pay and attempted to be condescending with many questions like “do you know what a bank card is.” When I asked for her name so I could report her unprofessionalism she left the front desk and called me the profanity b-word and referred to me as “little girl.” Not sure if I was profiled because I am young and a black female but I definitely know this woman lessens the quality of this establishment because the service would otherwise be 4 stars. It’s very disappointing to see a fellow black woman treat another with such prejudice.”
