“Disappointed with this hotel.On top floor 10th with harbour and city views.Problem was the windows were filthy so view was hard to admire unless you opened the ranch slider and thenthe front or roadside block of the hotel obscured the view.The toilet also perculated and burpedafter flushing each time which indicated gas issues from back vents from toilets below.The gas odour was very unpleasant. We purchased onsite parking on arrival for the two days of our stay.Unfortunately the hotel either oversold the limited spaces available or others parked their illegally forcing paid guests to pay again to park elsewhere. Hotel bill for two nights amounted to more than $700.00 which does seem a bit expensive.To add insult to injury one of the two main lifts was broken down the entire two days of the vacation. Handy location but property management well below par.”

Al solicitar el servicio de habitaciones, tomaría mucho tiempo hasta el punto en que tuviéramos que irnos o simplemente no aparecer. La habitación en la que nos alojamos necesita una limpieza y una mejora importantes. La ducha estaba sucia en mi mente. Si la vista no fuera tan buena, calificaría con 1”
