Excelente férias boa limpeza. comida ótima ,piscina ótima, tudo bom só uma coisa horários em relação a piscina demasiado cedo e os bares a noites fecham demasiado cedo mas sendo portuguesa estou habituada a levar uma vida bastante noturna é característico do povo mediterrâneoo gerente do Hotel o SRº DE Huelva muito simpático e muito profissional os empregados também simpáticos voltarei a Tunísia. Não foi das melhores, serviço de quartos impecável, limpeza boa, animação suficiente, cozinha muito a remediar e já agora, serviço de lanche com fecho as 5:00 da tarde e as 4:30 chegamos a porta e não nos deixaram entrar, disseram já está fechado, foi a cereja no topo do bolo, fica o registo

Adorei. O hotel em si é muito confortável. Comida muito boa ao contrário daquilo que eu pensava. O staff é incrível. Todos muito simpaticos e sorridentes sempre. A equipa de animação é espectacular. Não tenho nada negativo a apontar

Local calmo, praia com água quente, piscina grande com bar dentro da própria piscina e refeições mt boas, em qualidade e quantidade.

Hotel da cadeia RIU com excelente localização, com acesso directo àpraia e a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da Medina de Hammamet. Três bons restaurantes, um asiático, outro de comida mediterrânica e o terceiro de comida mais internacional.Piscina gigante, com bar no meio da água.Excelente ambiente, atmosfera descontraída com bastante animação durante a noite. Vale o dinheiro

Pontos positivos:limpeza dos quartos,piscina enorme e fantástica, acesso direto à praia. Pontos negativos: sujidade omnipresente, praia, zonas comuns, os vidros devem ser limpos uma vez por ano, restaurante com um chão pegajoso e extração de fumos deficiente, etc... Quanto à comida, é quantidade sem qualidade.A simpatia geral do staff está abaixo do que se expectaria de um país tão dependente do turismo. Em resumo devia ser bom do tempo do RIU mas agora está como o país: caótico.

Too many screaming kids. Need more bar staff, ants in the room. Otherwise, food excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Generally very clean.

To be avoided at all costs!!! They first assign you terrible room and then when you claim it the receptionist takes you to a better room and ask you something extra. Disgusting after we have paid already everything back home. Food very poor quality , no labels near dishes, poor quality fish and meat. Cooked liver was star dish three time in a week!! Fruit consisted of only two kinds, tasteless as well as all the pastry they had. Never ever had I seen so many full plates of food being trashed and left on tables uneaten. Pool smelled, towels smelly and dated beyond limits. Bathroom belonged to a two star suburban hotel. True disaster! Beach was never cleaned in seven days, piles of trash left in beach containers. Life guard behavior was not appropriate, to say the least! Animation light. There were couple of decent barman and a cleaning lady that did what they could in this tourist trap. Sep 2022

Sea is amazing, bit longer way from hotel. Necessary to respect different culture (rubbish is everywhere). Beach is good, just white/yellow sand, Meal is like a rallye. Waiting for some specific food, than quickly drive to table. Another round for salad or fruits. But the stuff is amazing, working really hard. They are ready to help you any time. WiFi just on the lobby. Generally it is not bad destination, little bit strange from standards but not that bad😉

Tuvimos una gran estadía allí durante 5 días. Personal sonriente y amable. Gracias a la gente de recepción por su amabilidad. A repasar el buffet siempre con tanto desperdicio y esas reservas de tumbonas donde no viene nadie en todo el día sino encima. A volver a hacer

We arrived and all had to spend many hours trying to get satisfactory rooms my room was not even made up, no towels, beds clearly just vacated, no toilet rolls or hangers and the safe not secured in the unit so it could easily be picked up and removed! We had requested rooms with pool/sea views and asked for our son’s to be in separate rooms near ours, they were housed in a separate block and did not have the pool/sea view, we eventually got them moved a week later! Lots of days we had no towels in our room also. The hotel was full of Algerian guests who were very rude, intimidating, and it made it impossible to get seated in the restaurant and they took all the food they could which then got wasted, they pushed into all the queues, and were aggressive, they actually even had fights with each other! We could not even get plates let alone food, the queues were ridiculous, the mess was unbelievable the staff tried hard but clearly there were not enough staff to deal with it, they chanted when they could not get what they wanted which was awful to witness. They took platefuls of food out of the restaurant and left them with food on in the very hot stairwells, the floors everywhere were filthy. The food was diabolical it was never like that previously, we had to eat out at a considerable extra expense to us! The hotel manager was informed she came witnessed the havoc and ran out when they were fighting, we also reported it to the TUI rep. All the lifts bar one were broke the whole time we were there and all public toilets were so disgusting the floor covered in urine & Pooh they were unusable. We had our own towels, flip flops, a watch, a ring and money stolen in our group of 14 some of the party spent hours at the police station and the cctv cameras were not working to help us catch the thief’s this is a serious safety issue. One Male Algerian was out cold on the stairwell which was witnessed by our sons then in the morning we were told one of them had died. We witnessed a very young girl who drowned in the pool no one on life guard duty no one knew what to do, three Algerian men carried her to the reception desk and placed her on it, which was horrific and very upsetting to witness, an ambulance arrived to take her away. Then another lady collapsed was dragged out of the pool, again clearly no one knew what to do! This surely is a serious health & safety issue. We spent so many hours with the TUI rep, instead of having a holiday, he offered to move us to another hotel as he had already done with others, but as we were joined by some other friends who flew in later on we did not want to leave them and the reviews on the other hotel were not good and after checking with some of my Tunisian friends they told me that was also full of Algerians, so we decided to stay and we were told the hotel was going down to a 500 occupancy, which it did for a few days then it went way back up and the havoc continued. The animation team was three people normally it 10+ but management will not I was told employ anymore so the entertainment was awful, the staff are not to be blamed, they tried hard but with so few it was very difficult for them to entertain us, all the staff in the hotel are very unhappy and we really felt for them but it spoilt our experience, we know so many of them having been to the hotel 3/4 times. The whole holiday was a massive disappointment, many tears were shed, lots of people ate in there rooms because they were actually scared and we had to fork out a lot of money to enable us to be able to eat. 7 people in our party were ill with diarrhoea and some since returning home are still ill and have not been able to return to work yet.

Un hotel muy pobre. Suciedad y hedor. Colas por comida mala y monótona. Una eterna falta de platos y máquinas de bebidas rotas, por ejemplo, todos los días estuve de pie durante 10 minutos. en fila para beber. Prácticamente no hay desayuno tardío y hasta el punto 10 está tirado fuera del restaurante. Habitaciones y baños sucios. En todas partes, en algún lugar, algo no funciona o está roto. Restaurante sin aire acondicionado. Ascensores rotos. Tuvimos cortes de luz y agua el día que nos fuimos. Incapacidad para permanecer más tiempo en la habitación a pesar de la salida tardía, no estaban interesados ​​en un niño pequeño. Incluso por una tarifa adicional, no querían extender mi estadía en la habitación por 4 horas. Una gran ventaja para la residente Agnieszka de Coral Travel, muy amable y servicial.

Ventajas: - comida sabrosa, aunque demasiado repetitiva en el tiempo, - Las habitaciones se limpian a diario y se cambian las sábanas y las toallas. - servicio amable de limpiadores, camareros y cantineros, - Animaciones diarias junto a la piscina - muy cerca de la playa con hamacas y sombrillas para los huéspedes del hotel, -gran piscina con bar accesible directamente desde la piscina, - hamacas dispuestas de tal manera que las personas no se molesten entre sí, - el jardinero cuida las plantas del hotel todos los días, - Caja fuerte gratuita en la habitación -Agua embotellada gratuita - posibilidad de alquilar toallas de forma gratuita, - buena ubicación cerca del puerto y Medina, - servicial residente Agnieszka de Coral Travel.Contras: -WiFi solo en el lobby, - la piscina está abierta hasta las 18:00, se clora todos los días, pero la arena del fondo y otras impurezas no se aspiran/eliminan del fondo, -bar junto a la piscina abierto hasta las 17:00, - chiringuito solo con refrescos dulces + vino, - lucha diaria por las tumbonas - la gente pone toallas en la noche del día anterior, - falta de control sobre las personas que hacen cola en el restaurante, - en el restaurante a menudo se puede oler un fuerte olor a quemado - falta de ventilación adecuada, - los platos no se lavan correctamente, especialmente debajo del plato, - habitaciones un poco anticuadas, que necesitan renovación, - La televisión no funciona, - el agua caliente de los grifos tiene una presión demasiado baja, - los baños accesibles para todos no están limpios y huelen mal, -No todos los ascensores del hotel funcionan.Comentarios adicionales no relacionados con el hotel: - La comida es desperdiciada por algunos de los invitados. Se ponen en porciones muy grandes, luego se dejan la mitad o más - los no europeos se amontonan en las colas sin ningún reparo, - playa sucia - a las personas que ofrecen paseos en camello no les importa el orden después de los animales - se instalan por toda la playa y no se limpia. Agua limpia, mucha basura en las playas: colillas, papel aluminio, papeles, etc. Las playas no se limpian. PD. En el agua mientras buceaba, encontré una navaja con la hoja apuntando hacia arriba. - El área fuera de la ciudad está muy contaminada con basura.

No había nadie o casi nadie que entendiera español, ni siquiera se esforzaban por entendernos en inglés. La comida muy picante, muy desordenado y sucio, culpa de los huéspedes no del hotel (quiero pensar). No lo recomiendo para ir con niños. Poca empatia con los españoles. Defraudado!! Supongo que será culpa del sistema

If you are from Europe don't go to this hotel. The location and the rooms are very good, but this is not international hotel. Guests in the hotel are Tunisian and everything is made for them. They come like Big families and everything they do in a group. The pool Sunbads are occupied at 6h in the morning and all they you can't finde place to sunten. The beach The beach is great, the sand is beautiful, but sunbeds are old and dirty.They don't clean the beach and you can see dipers, plastic things, pu from camels etc. The bar at the beach doesn't exist - there is one small wooden kiosk and 1h during the day somebody is offering water, fanta and coca cola. So, you have to be at the pool without sunbed. Restorant There is only one restorant working and you have to come at the beginning of the meal because Tunisian tourist are talking enormous amount of food. You have to wait t in the que for everything. Tunisian tourist are specialy in love with cakes and meet which they take like crazy but they can't eat it. Food They don't offer a snack between breakfast and lunch and dinner. I was told they make pancakes between 15 and 17h. But no. Twice I went and they said: Leave the restorant. The food is every day the same, but who can blame them - so many very houngry tourist. So many. The service The workers are dying working all day because Tunisian tourist are crazy for coloured drinks and they drink them at the pool bar like tomorow there will be and of the world. Everywhere you can see food on the floor and there is no time for the workers to clean it up. Wifi Wifi doesn't work because this hotel is overbooked with tourist. Actually it is working early in the morning at 6h when you occupy the sunbed and you go to the reception for wifi. Reception At the reception they hate to talk to wimen so if you don't have a husband or a son you are socially dead person. Receptionist twice took my wake up call (for Sahara and airport) and both times he didn't wake me up. The room The housekeeper was great and I liked the room so she was the only one who got tip from me. I will never go back to Tunisia thanks to this hotel. I was in Tunisa 20 years ago and this is not the same country.

It was really good place to stay in some way but some things were really off. We got our rooms in bad shape. Broken fridge, broken light, broken power outlet... They changed our rooms so it was better after that. People wprking here (animators, bar staff, receptionists..) were really nice and helpful. On the other hand we didn't sometimes get towels from cleaners even after leaving a tip. I loved the pool with bar And see Is like 2 minutes from hotel. Food was okay, but repetetive. But i enjoyed it.

Good hotel however needs refurbishment. Animation team, waiters and bar staff are amazing! They seem to be working 24/7 so I hope they get paid well! Food is mediocre but there is plentiful of it. Sad that some people are not civilised there. Pool was brilliant however it seem to be falling apart, jacuzzi wasn't working after our first week and tiles seem to be missing from the floor. Beach was OK and the watersports on offer were great. We had a brilliant family room so cannot complain about that.

Hotel limpio que se ve cansado y necesita un poco de atención, pero nos informaron que cerrará por reformas. El personal hace que este hotel sea especial. El equipo de animación trabaja muy duro para que lo pases genial al igual que los camareros del restaurante y los bares. La playa es un poco decepcionante ya que hay un cobertizo para tomar una copa pero no hay alcohol y constantemente se quedan sin refrescos. La piscina es enorme y un gran lugar para refrescarse del calor.

Clean hotel which is looking tired and needs some TLC but we were informed it is going to close for refurbishment. Staff make this hotel special. The animation team work so hard to ensure you have a great time as do the waiters in the restaurant and the bars. The beach is a little disappointing as there is a shed to get a drink but no alcohol and they constantly run out of soft drinks. The swimming pool is huge and a great place to cool down from the heat

Muy buen resort, muy limpio, ubicacion perfecta (5 min caminando a Marina). El personal muy amable muy atento. La comida muy buena y varida. La piscina muy grande y limpia. El equipo de animacion tambien muy bueno. Lo unico que las habitaciones no tienen WiFi, solo en recepción. La habitacion que estabamos eran vista al mar y era una habitacion grande con camas, sofa, mesa y tv. Tambien tienen una playa privada que esta bien pero el unico inconveniente era que estaba un poco sucia.

Have had a lovely family holiday at Marco Polo, we decided to book the Marco Polo as they had kids entertainment throughout the day with plenty of activities french/English bowls/Darts/archery/ping...

First time in Tunisia all that staff where very helpful and amazing great entertainment and multiple activities to do throughout the day. The restaurant in the hotel is nice and also the snack bar...

My second visit to Marco Polo, unfortunately it now seems quite tired compared to my last visit but this is understandable with the blows dealt to tourism due to awful events so we completely...

Hotel is lovely , bar staff , cleaners , waiters & waitress were lovely , lovely manners . Really looked after us , made sure we had anything we needed . Rooms were cleaned daily & done lovely...

On arrival checked in taken to room overlooking a concrete roof ,went back to reception and complained that I had paid for a superior room and a seaview so was given another room to look at which...
