“My booking was lost in the system. Took the staff ten minutes to find it, but only one room was available, below booked standard. The day after I got another room, when entered in the evening I found it dirty, was not made, never happened to me before. The evening after the access card did not work. Breakfast is poor, hotel itself seems like an old hospital turned into a hotel. My complaint stayed unanswered. Not recommended.”
