“Very nice staff, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Terrible food.
We had three rooms reserved for months in advance. When we arrived they gave my teens ground level rooms and tried to put us on another floor. I was told it was crowded with a large group of traveling kids coming in, so giving us priority was a problem. They Did get us another room clear at the end of the hall, right next to an exterior door that was broken and swung open and slammed shut all night long. It was very sleep disruptive, and must be a violation of safety.
The pool was not open for spring break even though it was in the mid 70’s. The hot tub was a disaster of broken dirty parts, no water.
Another night a group of jeep owners was there for some cool event. They hired an overnight security guy. The jeeps were all parked on the end of the building right by our banging door. My daughter came all the way down the hall to get me to go to the car to get her phone charger. Security guard followed her all the way and then stopped us to question us at our own car!!! That was creepy and ironic. The hotel is so un-secure the Jeep owners had to hire security to make sure the other group of teenagers didn’t touch their jeeps, or leave the hotel at 9 pm? What the hell.
Can’t blame them for bringing him on for protection, but he seemed to need to validate his employment by being an overzealous creep.
Over all I’m glad to be gone. Fix the damn door.”

“No geral, este hotel é muito limpo. O processo de check-in foi uma delícia e cordial. A sala tem uma quantidade de espaço mais do que adequada, o que deixa você se sentindo relaxado. O ar condicionado demora um pouco para esfriar o quarto devido ao quão espaçoso é, mas funciona bem. O café da manhã é modesto, mas em resumo, é um ótimo lugar para chamar de lar por uma noite.”
