“The manager is definitely an amazing lady! She was extremely helpful the day before my reservation when I had to call the hotel directly and just kept getting better while we were there. She is a definite asset to the company! Best cust svc EVER!!! No, everything was fantastic! The pool was warm and felt incredible. Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was great!!”
