“I came to this hotel because of our power being out. My sister and I were staying with our dog. Sarah at the front desk really hated her job apparently. Not hospitable at all and very rude. I gave her my ID and card to check in. When she asked for my card, I let her know we had a golden retriever staying with us (so she could charge for the pet fee) and she responded with “ I don’t care what kind of dog you have, I just want your card”. Okay. I was just letting her know. I am always extra pleasant when it comes to hotel workers because I know how hard the job can be. So it was weird to get that response. Later my sister used the vending machine and she told me it stole her dollar. So I went to the front desk and told them it took her dollar and lovely Sarah had an attitude about how I only put in a dollar- instead of $1.75. My sister put two in but I didn’t know that at the time. So I told her exactly what I knew. She paused, stared at me, rolled her eyes, and gave me quarters. I said thank you, and she told me to not put a dollar in because it will steal it. I told her not to worry because I wasn’t using it. I literally have no idea what I did to her to make her act so rude?? We weren’t trying to steal money lol. I also didn’t sign anything when I checked in -which I could easily dispute the charge. Also upon arrival- the headboard had hand prints all over it, and the lamps were tilted and were dirty/had dents. I will not consider this hotel as it’s not hospitable or clean.”

“Full disclosure, I know the owner of this property. The review for the other Comfort in will be basically the same with a few differences. I believe the web shows this to be 2 star hotel and customer's say 4 star. I would say 3 star property and 4 star experience. For a hotel near a major roadway it was quiet inside. Ideal for working all night. Similar to the other Comfort Inn I reviewed today. This location shows more updates in public spaces. The room was a 2 room suite with lots of space. Working at the desk on the computer and sitting on the couch doing paperwork. 2 TV's and yes, Cartoon Network. I do not recall if there were USB ports in the room. All night coffee again. Breakfast had the same quality selections and added blueberry waffles and sugar free syrup. The other pleasant touch was they were not in a hurry to break down the breakfast room. I did not come down until 8:55 and everything was still out and available. All nice touches. I do not know how a property is rated by the web but I rate the experience. Can I work? Can I walk around without shoes? Do I feel safe and does my car feel safe? Coffee and cartoons? All criteria met. Easy access to any type of business or service needed.”
