“Not at all a great hotel. Fortunately we only had to stay one night. The shower didn't work right, the bathroom fan didn't want to turn on right away and was making grinding noises. The pillows were stained. My daughter went to the front desk to get more towels, and was told no one was in the room she told them we were staying in. They even tried looking it up under our last name and STILL didn't believe her that we were in the room she told them. The breakfast wasn't great, the sausage was horrible, tasted like it had been re-warmed from the day before, and the eggs looked like a mix of egg beaters and oatmeal. I would never stay here again, and would recommend finding somewhere else.”

“Checked in after a wedding and our first room reeked of smoke so we asked for a different room. Went to the new room and was checking around to make sure it was clean, lifted the mattress a little and found a crack pipe under our mattress! Went down and told the person on shift and he gave us a new room and said that there wasn’t anything he could do and just seemed annoyed that we were asking to switch rooms. Talked to the manager in the morning about getting a refund and neither the woman at the front desk or the manager even seemed surprised to hear that we found a crack pipe under our mattress, the manager just said that the cleaning crew gets pretty busy so they don’t always have time to look under mattresses and that they could give us a half refund. Will not be staying there ever again.”
