Nosso hotel favorito na pérola! Sempre solicitamos um quarto de canto. Os quartos estão sempre limpos e bem decorados. O chuveiro é o meu favorito! Eles estão fazendo um ótimo trabalho com os regulamentos ambiciosos. A equipe é sempre simpática e super prestativa com boas recomendações! Tyler esteve lá nas últimas visitas e é muito divertido conversar com ele. Estacionamos no hotel Hampton e nosso carro está seguro! Não podemos esperar para voltar.

¡Nuestro hotel favorito en la perla! Siempre solicitamos una habitación en esquina. Las habitaciones están siempre muy limpias y muy bien decoradas. ¡La ducha es mi favorita! Están haciendo un gran trabajo con las regulaciones de Covid. El personal es siempre amable y muy servicial con buenas recomendaciones. Tyler ha estado allí las últimas visitas y es muy divertido charlar con él. ¡Aparcamos en el hotel Hampton y nuestro coche está seguro! No podemos esperar para regresar.

Our favorite hotel in the pearl! We always request a corner room. The rooms are always extremely clean and are very nicely decorated. The shower is my favorite! They are doing a great job with the covid regulations. The staff is always friendly and super helpful with good recommendations! Tyler has been there the last few visits and he is so fun to chat with. We park at the Hampton hotel and our car is safe! We can't wait to go back.

O quarto parece ótimo, muito limpo. Cama aconchegante e travesseiros confortáveis, MAS, para que serve uma cama aconchegante se os vizinhos estão assistindo tv, conversando ou saindo do quarto? O isolamento acústico é inexistente! É uma noite de quarta-feira e claramente eles não estão lotados, por que empilhar os convidados um ao lado do outro?

The room looks great, very clean. Cozy bed, and cushy pillows, BUT, what use is a cozy bed if the neighbors are watching tv, or talking, or leaving the room? The sound insulation is nonexistent! It's a Wednesday night and clearly they aren't at capacity, why stack guests right next to each other?

Ainda no meio da nossa estadia. Achei que era necessário escrever este comentário agora. Portanto, havia uma mistura estranha de estacionamento com este local e o Hilton na mesma rua. Definitivamente sinto que as coisas precisam ser tratadas lá. O quarto é limpo e agradável. Bela Vista. Fiquei frustrado no meio da noite. Ouvi nosso banheiro fazendo barulhos borbulhantes enquanto tentava dormir. Tive que ouvir nosso vizinho bêbado xingar, gritar e bater as coisas até a 1h da manhã. Liguei para a recepção várias vezes para fazer com que tratassem desse problema. Eles bateram na porta e disseram para eles ficarem quietos, mas nunca o fizeram. Muito desapontado. O staff pede para mantê-lo baixo, obtendo a porta batendo em seus rostos. E foi dito que o hóspede só estaria lá por uma noite, então espero que amanhã seja melhor.

Still in the middle of our stay. Felt it was necessary to write this review now. So there was a weird mix up on parking with this location and the Hilton down the street. Definitely feel like things need to be addressed there. The room is clean and nice. Great view. Was frustrated in the middle of the night. Heard our toilet making bubbling noises while trying to sleep. Had to listen to our drunk neighbor cuss, scream, and slam things till 1am. Called the front desk multiple times to get them to address this issue. They knocked on the door and told them to be quiet but they never did. Pretty disappointed. The staffs requests to keep it down by getting the door slammed in their faces. And were told that guest would only be there for a night so hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Nós adoramos nossa estadia em Canopy e ficamos agradavelmente surpresos com a qualidade do hotel e quartos para o preço. As camas eram muito, muito confortáveis, tinham muitos pequenos retoques que faziam uma grande diferença. Máquinas de água filtrada nos corredores, buchas / esponjas, refrigerador / refrigerador agradável no quarto, funcionários simpáticos e um design moderno. Ótima localização a uma curta caminhada de muitos restaurantes, lojas, etc. Voltaremos com certeza!

We loved our stay at Canopy and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and rooms for the price. The beds were very, very comfortable, they had a lot of small touches that made a big difference. Filtered water machines in the hallways, loofahs/sponges, nice cooler/fridge in the room, friendly staff and a cool design. Great location walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. We will be back!

Location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants in the Pearl District. Rooms are very small but the place is nicely remodeled. Windows are floor to ceiling and the whole wall opposite the door is a window, so that's pretty. The side of the building was opposite another tall building so not much of a view, and not very private...I wouldn't have felt comfortable leaving the drapes open. The drapes are complete blackout, so you don't have to worry about too much light. They use sliding doors, like barn doors, for the bathroom. I slammed my finger in it when i was closing it. It's not their fault, but the door was so heavy that when it started rolling, it rolled quickly, and it slammed really hard. Then it bounced off the door frame, so I had to close it again, it bouced again...lol so it was kind of hard to get it closed all the way. . .whatever. Their customer service was good. Parking is $26/day in an open lot across the street.

Posso dizer com absoluta sinceridade que reservarei minha estadia em qualquer uma das propriedades do Canopy, independentemente de sua proximidade com o que me levar a uma das cidades em que estão localizadas. Sou membro do Diamond Hilton Honors e tenho vergonha de pensar em quantos hotéis eu fico em cada ano, mas essa foi uma das melhores experiências do início ao fim de todas as que tive no país ou no exterior. A equipe foi genuína e prestativa, os compromissos foram atenciosos e luxuosos, o serviço de comida e bebida era fresco e delicioso, e a sensação geral do hotel era inconfundivelmente autêntica em Portland e merecia as classificações mais altas em todas as categorias. O único problema que tive com ele foi que um dos halteres de 25 libras estava faltando no estúdio de fitness. Um preço muito pequeno a pagar, de fato.

Excelente Hilton no Pearl District do centro de Portland, OR.Salas de luxo, restaurantes e escritórios oferecem muitas opções para se reunir em grupos ou trabalhar sozinho.Existe um ginásio no último andar com paredes de vidro e vistas cénicas das áreas do centro da cidade, incluindo uma das suas famosas pontes.O restaurante comida é muito boa, especialmente a pizza servido tarde da noite. I can say with absolutely sincerity that I will book my stay with any one of the Canopy properties regardless of its proximity to whatever brings me to one of the cities they are located. I'm a Diamond Hilton Honors member and I'm embarrassed to think of how many hotels I stay in each year, but this has been one of the finest experiences fr start to finish of any I've had domestically or abroad. The staff was genuine and helpful, the appointments were thoughtful and luxurious, the food and beverage service was fresh and delicious, and the overall feeling of the hotel was unmistakably authentic to Portland and deserving of the highest ratings in every category. The ONLY issue I had with it was that one of the 25 lb dumbbells was missing from the fitness studio. A very small price to pay, indeed.

Excellent Hilton property in the Pearl District of downtown Portland, OR.Upscale rooms, dining and office areas offer plenty of options for gathering in groups or working solo.There is a top floor glass-walled gym with scenic views of the downtown areas, including one of its famed bridges.The restaurant food is VERY good, especially the pizza served late night.The breakfast array offers many health-conscience items, rather than the standard scramble eggs and bacon fare in most other places.I will most-likely stay there again next time I visit the area.

Puedo decir con absoluta sinceridad que reservaré mi estadía en cualquiera de las propiedades de Canopy, independientemente de su proximidad a lo que me lleve a una de las ciudades en las que se encuentran. Soy miembro de Diamond Hilton Honors y me da vergüenza pensar en cuántos hoteles me alojo cada año, pero esta ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de principio a fin de las que he tenido en el país o en el extranjero. El personal fue genuino y servicial, las citas fueron atentas y lujosas, el servicio de alimentos y bebidas era fresco y delicioso, y la sensación general del hotel era inconfundiblemente auténtica en Portland y merecía las calificaciones más altas en cada categoría.
