As camas são claramente muito macias. Você sempre tem a sensação de que está deitado ao lado da cama. Localização muito boa. Café da manhã muito bom. Pessoal muito amigável. Estacionar no parque subterrâneo é muito caro.

Nós amamos isto. Pessoal muito amigável, quarto maravilhosamente moderno e espaçoso, o cão foi aceito e bem-vindo (um bom travesseiro de cachorro, água e tigela de comida e um deleite no quarto). ♡ Para nós, as camas eram muito confortáveis, não muito macias. 3 almofadas diferentes por pessoa, para que todos possam encontrar algo adequado. Desejamos o melhor ao hotel e aos seus funcionários! Fique saudável.

Excelente equipe, eles foram muito prestativos e gentis. Eles também falavam inglês fluentemente. A localização era boa. A rua estava um pouco escura, sem qualquer iluminação pública. Se eu estivesse sozinho, teria um pouco de medo de caminhar até o hotel à noite.

Great staff, they were very helpful and kind. They spoke fluent English as well. The location was alright. The street was a bit dark without any street lighting. If I were alone, I would be a bit scared to walk to the hotel in the evening.

O hotel e os quartos são espaçosos e modernos. As camas são muito confortáveis e os funcionários muito simpáticos. O café da manhã é muito bem pensado e organizado devido à situação atual 👍🏼O que não é possível é o atendimento do bar, você é servido por um barman apático e hostil, para quem cada pergunta é demais.

The location, cleanliness and price is excellent. Very good value for money. The service could be better, and it seemed that many things where broken or not working while we where here. The hot water stopped working mid-shower, the door to the room didn't lock properly, and an elevator was not working. Overall it was alright.

The restaurant is nothing special. Before covid they used to have a really nice buffet with tons of options, for a flat fee. Now it's 18 euros for a few slices of cold cuts, a croissant, toast, fruit cup and one measly "organic" boiled egg (with a pale yellow yolk—definitely a bad sign, my friends). The waiter was very friendly and understanding about it because obviously, it's not his fault. But I am really disappointed in the drop in quality without a drop in price.Room is great. Really nice shower, comfy beds, electric kettle. Very euro feel.Gym is pretty terrible—only has two stationery bikes, one elliptical and one treadmill. Really disappointing if you're into fitness. You'll find better gyms in mid-tier hotels in the middle of nowhere in Virginia.Honestly, I get that covid hit the hospitality industry hard but that's a well-known risk. It's not fair to pass on the costs to the customer by lowering the quality of the breakfast while keeping the same price.

Ubicación increíble, en pleno centro histórico, a 10 minutos del Ayuntamiento y zona mas comercial de Hamburgo.Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El personal de recepción ademásde hablar español muy atentos y solicitos. No pongo las 5 estrellas porque al hacer el check out la chica que nos atendió después de preguntarnos si habíamos consumido algo del mini bar y ser nuestra respuesta que no, llamó a alguien para que fueraa comprobarlo; lo cual me pareció bastante de Mal gusto.El desayuno/buffet bien, los camareros siempre atentos y muy serviciales y educados.Espectacular la estancia en el Barceló.

Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. En el mismo centro de Hamburgo. Se puede ir caminando a cualquier zona para visitar. A 10 minutos de la estación, y 3 del lago. La atención inmejorable, y siempre hay al menos una persona que habla español por si tienes problemas con el idioma. La habitación estupenda. Si volviera seguro que repetiría.

Fabulous location bang in the city centre. Meticulously clean, modern rooms. Comfy bar and restaurant area with very friendly staff. Parking garage is available underground for guests. The fitness room is accessible 24 hours and has a few cardio machines (but nothing else). Pet friendly!
