“The rooms are decent and everything was clean. Aircon wasnt working (30+ degrees at night) in the first room but we were changed rooms”

“The rooms and the hotel looks very nice. But their are some annoying little things about the hotel. 1- the parking lot is very small and a little bit of a hassle to get to, the hotel will park the car for you. The guy who parked my car scratched it and unfortunately I did not notice until I checked out. 2- some of the receptionist are rude and do not speak English very well and they are annoyed if they could not understand you or when you do not understand them. 3- breakfast was average. 4- rooftop was not open all the time. 5- room is called”
