“DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL the service is very bad, the rooms smell humid, the air conditioning does not work, we called the engineer three times and they never fixed it, the service never answers the phone.the pool in the photos is a hoax, it's super ugly and dirty, the hostel next door is nicer and cheaper.NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL el servicio es muy malo, los cuartos huelen a Húmedo, el aire acondicionado no funciona, llamamos tres veces al ingeniero y nunca lo arreglaron, nunca contestan el servicio al teléfono. la piscina de las fotos es un engaño, es súper fea y sucia, El hostal de al lado es más bonito y más económico.”

“Beautiful hotel. The service hands down is Amazing! Erik, the Bellman, was my favorite! He was so kind. Gave advice, asked questions helped us completely. Even on the way out he made sure we got everything and was honest when he thought we were accidentally double tipping him!! He is a gem.
The only problem was there was no microwave or refrigerator in our room and we were close to the pool and gym so we got quite a bit of noise all day.
All-in-all, it was pretty nice. A resturant just down in the lobby. The gym and the pool is on the 3rd floor. The pool lights up and you can hear the music from the streets.”
