“1.Simple breakfast is 20Euros/one person.
2.Emplyees are not well trained.*
3.No coffee facilities.
*He requires us to pay for the hotel accommodation even we payed it before😡. We argued for that. It turned out it was his(hotel's) mistake. If we didn't check the payment bill, we must pay 200euros more.
*Employee didn't concentrate on the work. The employee talked with the other employee A LOT when we checked in.
I couln't believe this hotel is 4 stars hotel with those employees.”
