“Great service by all the staff and I don't have anything to gripe about. Price for the room was very reasonable so ended by staying here instead of Leela Palace . Not comparing the two but for the value and food Andaz was the winner.

“The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The food is awesome. Ambience is just great. Rooms are fantastic. Just one thing. I had asked the front desk if I could get my car washed. They agreed for it for a nominal rate. When in morning I asked for my car they said no such car is present in the premises which gave me a shock. I had to go by myself and look for my car in 3 parking levels. However I could find my car but the way whole thing was handled by hotel staff by not at all professional. Taking one star away for this miscommunication.”
