“Fomos recebidos com um factor diferenciador. Serviram ao nosso Grupo um pequeno almoço de categoria inferior ao que indican e após a saída do grupo da sala trocavam tudo inclusive serviam a mesa outros alimentos aos hóspedes que chegaram mais cedo. Na piscina chegaram a chamar a atenção pelo facto de os nossos miúdos estarem sem touca mas estavam outros hóspedes que não tinham touca sem que lhes tenham dito nada. Em geral posso dizer que este hotel não é ideal para grupos. Dou os parabéns a 2 recepcionista e um empregado de mesa pelo seu serviço. O Diretor desta unidade hoteleira não está preparado para gerir hotéis.”
