“After Covid 19, many people is desperate to be away for this stressful situation and just relax and have a great time, we do too, that's why, and because we want to take advantage to our vacation club, we did reservations on this all inclusive hotel.
We had been visiting this location 2 years ago and I took my family to celebrate my dad's birthday, and in that occasion, we had issues with my sister and my dad's room, the plumbing wasn't very good and the sinks were clogged and the sink water went down really slow, and for that, the restroom stunk. My sisters room was fixed, but my dad's never.
This occasion, we want to be at Puerto Vallarta, because we love this town, so we did it!

Right now, on this pandemic time, of course, everything is different.
The hotel is taking all the necessary steps and all the precautions around the installation.
I see people cleaning and disinfecting some areas, if not, you can find sanitized gel machines all around the hotel (like outside elevators, outside every restaurant, getting into the hotel,including every bathroom), the hotel personal is taking the temperature before entering to the hotel, and entering to every restaurant .
Every single employee's wearing mask, face cover and trying to enforce the social distance 👏👏👏 !!

The visitors are the one who's forgetting about Covid 19, everyone should be wearing the mask 😷, but a lot of people don't care, social distance? It's a joke for many, the main bar at night, it was full of drunk people, without the mask of course and seating to close, drinking, and hugging each other!
The hotel host 2 weddings and it was the same....to crowded and a lot of drunk folks. Of course, the company is looking over their finances, that's understandable, but the people? They forgot about their own safety and their family safety!

I want to make clear, that every single employee that we interacted with, was extremely helpful, super friendly, really nice and absolutely professional and serviceable, tolerating and happy to serve you, no matter what you need!!!

Abel Hernandez, who was the First Club concierge and makes every single effort to makes me feel always welcomed and happy.
I had a private romantic dinner on the beach, and he personally was checking on us, making sure that everything was perfect 👌!
He also was always taking care the times that I went to make a complaint about a lot of people who was smoking inside of the first club pool, the kids pool and at the regular area.
I witnessed when we called for the radio to the security personal, to take care about the repeatedly smoking situation!
Everything that I needed, Abel was there for us!
At the Royal Club restaurant:
Morning:
Tito Salazar, always receiving, taking temperatures, seating and attending people with a big smile and a absolutely amazing attitude (even when he was doing a lot of jobs at the same time)
Captain Erick Ruiz Guzman, always there with rectitude and taking care of every single situation with professionalism!
Night :
Alberto Espinoza and Andres Rios... always making sure that everything in my table was filled, correct and right, always with a professional and serviceable attitude!
First Club pool:
Luis Robles, Fernando García, Agustis Loeza y Julio.... they were always there, at the hot weather, face covered, long hours, but always bringing the correct drinks to all guests, never let us go dry and making sure that we're having our best vacation time!
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Michael, who normally works at the Italian or Japanese restaurant and was my personal waiter in my Romantic dinner... he was standing and attending and friendly man!
General cons:
I wished that this big company would have a better understanding about the situation and if possible, be able to monitoring the pool area (First Club)
The smoking situation is out of control, I had to go 4 days in a row around the regular pool area and look for the lady security guard!”

“Horrible experiencia desde que pusimos un pie en este hotel. De verdad eviten llegar a este hotel porque verán cómo arruinan sus vacaciones. Desde que llegamos más de una hora para hacer check in, no nos permitieron comer hasta las doce del día que tendríamos el brazalete cuando en otros hoteles ya te están esperando en el lobby con bebidas y snacks, la atención elitista, la comida la más horrible que pudieras encontrar en un hotel súper básica y sin sabor. Para reservar en las especialidades te tienes que levantar a las nueve y hacer fila cuando lo que deseas en una vacación es levantarte tarde, no se porque no aplican la reservación como en otros hoteles, su comida mexicana nada que ver, nada funciona, ni hablar de las habitaciones parece que te estás en una cárcel. De verdad eviten este hotel”
