Habitaciones 541 y 515.Sitio Precioso, céntrico, buenos espectáculos, muy buena comida,excelentes instalaciones y habitaciones, trato maravillosoy profesional de la plantilla del hotel, a cada cual mrjor, vamos el personal del hotel de inmejorable profesionalmente :Pedro, Manuel, jose Manuel, julio, ibai, Oreztes"Williams", llilibey, Pedro, . ..daniela . bueno todos, perdonar si me olvido a alguien. Tiene detalles que no merece 4 estrellas, mi estancia hsido buena la comida muy repetiriva el T. I no entran bastante cosas yni un botella de agua eso es bastante complicado la habitación bien, una nevera de la cual no puedes hacer uso de ella como no sea abonando el precio estimulado por recepción Me queda destacar y me voy súper contenta con el personal del comedor sobre todo MANUEL, MARIO Y PEDRO

This hotel is a 4 star hotel. If you like the night life this hotel is for you as there are plenty bars & clubs within a 5 min walk from the main entrance. They have a large pook & the toddler's have there own small pool. The beach is only a very short walk from the main entrance. Staff are very friendly. The food is nice enough. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

La habitación k emos estado es la 017. La habitación grande, las camas bien. Los muebles anticuados y el armario con visitantes. Por la noche cuando iba al baño lo mismo visitantes. Desde el segundo día de estar allí no e estado agusto en la habitación por esos bichitos, disgustada. La comida no muy rica. El personalamable. La piscina bien pero la gente fumaba las colillas al suelo ylos k consumían dejaban todo tirado. Las acitvidades poco entretenidas. No volveré y no lo aconsejo. A no ser k les gustepagar para tener bichitos en la habitación.

Un hotel de 10. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias. El hotel es precioso y el servicio mucho mejor. La gente que trabaja en este hotel es una maravilla, nuestro camarero favorito Manuel no a hecho una estancia maravillosa. Sin duda volveremos a este hotel

What a great hotel. I stayed one evening to have a drink and, what a pleasant surprise! Sue, the singer on Mondays made us have a super fun evening. She's a great artist and very engaging with the customers. After her performance, which was amazing, she did karaoke for everyone... Oh my god! I haven't had so much fun for quite some time. I'm definitely going back!

Maravilloso hotel. Estuvimos pasando una semana allí y nos venimos ENCANTADOS!! Desde el minuto uno los trabajadores de allí super atentos y simpáticos con nosotros. Habitaciones preciosas y muy grandes, el hotel entero está muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. Actividades todos los días para los peques y los grandes de la casa, con una monitora super simpática. Los camareros siempre pendientes de que no te falte de nada y con una sonrisa en la cara. El bufett muy variado y con muchísimo espacio, mesas y sillas. La chica que canta los lunes por la noche nos gustó muchísimo, con un repertorio enorme y en distintos idiomas, además de que siempre cantando con una sonrisa en la cara. Unas piscinas gigantes para los peques y los grandes. Con muchas tumbonas a todo alrededor. Varía zonas de descanso muy muy espaciosas y bonitas. VOLVEREMOS SEGURO!!

Passei aqui uma agradável semana de férias! Bom hotel, limpo, confortável. Comida boa, e variedade. Os pontos menos positivos talvez fosse a forma como têm organizado os bares pois o serviço demora muito tempo. Quando queremos um lanche ou uma bebida na piscina temos de ir para a fila, e para quem está com tudo incluído acaba por ser desagradável. Outra coisa que não deviam permitir é a reserva de espreguicadeiras... Também não tinha encontrado informação sobre a quantidade de escadas para a praia! Mas ok, algum exercício é importante 😀

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas para nada Mal trato del personal desde que indicamos que la habitación tenía desperfectos tales como que el aire no funcionaba,el lavabo y la ducha se atacaban, las luces estaban fundidas , la papelera rota... En vez de darnos otro trato o disculparse sin mas, durante toda la estancia nos trataron fatal. Muy decepcionadas 😞

Disappointing 4stars hotel with no single sign indicate location of SPA in elevator or stairs or corridor. Very unpleasant and difficult entrance. When you finally find it is The Spa attendant educated nice person. The dressing here room very inconvenient for more than two persons. Don't expect much. The cleaning could be way better. But the staff is very helpful and friendly.

El hotel no corresponde a un 4 estrellas en lo que a servicios se refiere. Es grande, y esta cerca de la playa.en cuanto a las habitaciones la nuestra era una habitación Alexandre que nos daba opción a usar el spa a diario,pero en cuanto a comodidad en la habitación es bastante mala,la cama que es lo que principalmente queremos que sea cómodo… es horrible, los colchones se hunden por el centro y se te clavan los muelles… se nota que llevan mucho tiempo sin cambiarlos. Los servicios del hotel son bastante justitos, la comida del restaurante es regulera y nada variada, sin contar con quelas cucharillas de café brillan por su ausencia .. si quieres mover el café apáñate con un tenedor o una cuchara grande . La piscina esta cálida y eso es muy agradable pero lo que no me gusta es que la hamacas están en la orilla de la piscina , y teniendo en cuenta que estamos en época de covid deberían estar un poco más retiradas del agua , además, de que, para los que vamos con bebés, para pasar a la piscina no hay hueco y nos da miedo caernos . Ya lo comunicamos en recepción el primer día.

Bonito hotel céntrico, junto al mar y con excelentes instalaciones. Hotel con ambiente familiar con actuaciones todas las noches. Aconsejo alquilar coche para moverse por la isla.

Está genial, es maravilloso!! La comida es buena y variada y el personal es muy amable y la piscina es estupenda. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque se notan algunas cosillas que con la pandemia, los propietarios o administradores han recortado y piensan que no se nota. La piscina y las hamacas necesitan lavado a presión al menos dos veces a la semana pero como recortan personal pues, no lo hacen y la verdad es que deberían. Los jardines del hotel necesitan algo más de atención no vi ni un solo jardinero el los 6 días que estuvimos y se notan las palmeras chamuscadas. Han recortado tanto en camareros que las colas para pedir muchas veces son eternas. De resto todo genial

Pros: Decent and pretty good food, helpful staff,very friendly and hardworking cleaners, pool. Location is close to almost everything, ocean is about 100m far. Deltas: slow and lagging WiFi, very noisy environment, if you want to have rest and good sleep it is not the place to stay at. Party starts at 9pm every night in the lobby and it lasts till the last person leaves the place. You have to pay for opening minibar(!), you need to pay for the room safe, wellness, snooker, sauna, gym,etc name if you pay it for.

He estado alojada una semana en este hotel y me ha encantado. El trato del personal ha sido en la mayoría de las veces excelente, tanto en restaurante como en recepción, muy amables y simpáticos. Muy buena bienvenida en restaurante. La limpieza de las habitaciones es bastante aceptable. La única “pega” es el gel de baño que no hace espuma y las almohadas, que para mi gusto eran muy duras o muy blandas. Las instalaciones del hotel también son bastante buenas y cumplen muy bien con el protocolo covid, hay gel desinfectante en comedor y ascensores. La verdad lo recomiendo y me encantaría volver.

Liked the hotel. One of the main reasons I decided for this one where the saunas. But only 2 of 4 have been working and they also have not been taken care of good, showed signs of wear, were a bit to cold etc. . Otherwise it was a pleasurable experience. Food was good, staff was friendly and committed, pool area are taken care of very good.

Was a last minute change but after going by original hotel I think we got the better hotel. Staff are so friendly while keeping distance. Its been a lovely weeks family holiday cant wait to come back next year. The family entertainment through day and night has been amazing. A big thank you to all staff that work here who have made our holiday amazing and safe in these uncertain times. Very safe and very clean
