“The staff are terrible there. The front desk charged me 2 times for 1 night stay. I had to dispute my other charge. The housekeeping staff very rude and nasty. Room was fine, but staff and people very rude and nasty. Don’t recommend this hotel. I left my shampoo and conditioner and body wash there on accident, never called me back about it. Very unprofessional! Wouldn’t stay here again. Very bad decision!!!!!!”

“While staying I was in a work trip I worked all day then had to drive to the hotel and had to go to another work event at 5am the next morning So I was very tired and needed my rest. Well the room that I was in 419 had a very loud radiator which was quiet before and went to sleep then noise intensity went up as the night went on. It sounded like I was at the airport listening to planes take off. The very next morning at 4am I went to the front desk at tell them about the radiator and how I wasn’t able to get any proper sleep and had to leave for work she said that they would change my room but it was too early there were no vacancies yet. I got a break and had to come back to the hotel to do virtual meetings at 9am when leaving back out at 12 I spoke with someone else at the front desk she said that they still didn’t have a room yet they were waiting for house keeping to clean and they would give me a call. By the time I came back to the room about 6pm I asked my husband if anyone had called to place us he said no and there were no calls to my cell phone I had to eat and I just crashed. Being forced to deal with the crazy noise from the radiator again. They next morning at 10am while doing a Virtual meeting my husband was sleep and out of nowhere house keeping comes banging on the door to clean the room. Check out is not until 11am. I ask who it was she said house keeping them proceeded to enter the room across from us no apology at all. Then to make matters worse when I went to check out I was asked how was the new room? I told her the no one ever contacted me to switch she just said oh. The staff didn’t really care and I’m not the type of person that will keep begging especially when I’m tired. I stayed there not asking for much or expecting anything other than sleeping for my crazy work schedule and I couldn’t even do that. The good is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But I will never stay there again when I have to go back for work.”
