“Hotel is in a great location! Just a 3 minute walk to TD Garden and there were lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was clean and bed comfortable.Staff were all friendly and helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. Valet parking worked out great!”

“I meant to write this last year when we stayed here, but I thought I should sit with my thoughts for a while, so I could write a better review. Today I was reminded of how bad it was when telling someone where NOT to stay in Boston. We stayed here while in Boston on a trip for our 20th wedding anniversary. We get to our room, and it smells strange. It's outdated, but that's no big deal. We go out to grab bite to eat and head back in early due to driving all day. Wake up in the morning and get ready. After showering I notice the shower leaks, and the carpet outside the bathroom is very wet, and in the corner of the doorway where the carpet starts there is mold growing. We let the desk know and they offer no apology. Later, when I contact the hotel, they offer me a small amount of points, but not enough to even get a room for a night anywhere. I send pictures of the mold and they still give no apology. For the amount we paid, we should definitely have been moved out of our moldy room to another room. I'm sure there were rooms available as I never saw any other guest the entire time we stayed. Hoje me lembrei de como era ruim dizer a alguém onde NÃO ficar em Boston. Ficamos aqui enquanto em Boston em uma viagem para o nosso 20º aniversário de casamento. Chegamos ao nosso quarto, e cheirava estranho. Está desatualizado, mas isso não é grande coisa. Saímos para comer alguma coisa e voltamos cedo devido a dirigir o dia todo. Acorde de manhã e prepare-se. Após o banho, noto que o chuveiro está vazando, e o carpete do lado de fora do banheiro está muito molhado, e no canto da porta onde o carpete começa há mofo crescendo. Avisamos a recepção e eles não oferecem desculpas. Mais tarde, quando entro em contato com o hotel, eles me oferecem uma pequena quantidade de pontos, mas não o suficiente para conseguir um quarto para uma noite em qualquer lugar. Eu envio fotos do molde e eles ainda não dão desculpas. Para o valor que pagamos, definitivamente deveríamos ter sido transferidos do nosso quarto mofado para outro quarto. Tenho certeza de que havia quartos disponíveis, pois nunca vi nenhum outro hóspede durante todo o tempo em que ficamos.”
