“Had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The location is perfect, right at the center of the Vieux-Port area. Staff is great, they speak English and they try to help you with anything you need. The rooms are clean, spacious and create a perfect ambiance for relaxation. Excellent for holiday or business!”

“This is at first sight actually a quite good hotel. The location is flawless and the staff is friendly. But... and there is a big but I’m afraid. My wife and I made a rather horrific finding when we were about to go to bed. There were dry blood stains on the sheets. I went to discuss this matter with the reception staff but they could not help us more than sending an untrained (?) employee to the room to shift the sheets. And I must say I am very surprised we didn’t get another room or weren’t compensated with e.g a free breakfast or even a discount of some sort. Very surprised I must say, and I regret to say this because the hotel is quite nice otherwise. I will likely not stay at this hotel again.”
