“El hotel es nuevo, bonito y moderno.Ahora, hablemos de la grosera bajita y gorda de la recepción cuyo nombre rima con Christine. Ella fue grosera desde el principio. Ignoró varias llamadas telefónicas desde la habitación para pedir ayuda. Tuve que llamar desde mi teléfono celular y todo lo que dijo cuando le dije que había llamado varias veces fue que estaba bien. Les pedí que subieran algunos artículos. En todos mis años de estadía en hoteles, te pedían que esperaras a que te trajeran artículos o puedes venir a buscarlos si los necesitaban con urgencia. Ella solo me dio la opción de ir a buscarlo abajo. Informar este problema a la gerencia fue otro obstáculo con agentes groseros como Rachel. Christine finalmente pensó que todo esto era divertido mientras se reía cuando le pregunté por un gerente.Algunos otros aspectos positivos: pude informar este caso a un agente de asistencia a huéspedes llamado Susan y el representante masculino de la recepción en la mañana (17/01/2020) fue agradable.PD: Soy un NEGRO alto. Una palabra es suficiente para los sabios. También estoy dispuesto a responder cualquier pregunta relacionada con esto si tiene alguna duda.”

“A avaliação da revisão considera o preço. Se este fosse um motel-6, eu daria 5 estrelas. Deixe-me começar dizendo que o pessoal é ótimo. Muito bom em ser bom sabendo que seu hotel está abaixo da média e tem problemas.Pagamos 350 por noite por uma suíte porque queríamos ser mais confortáveis.Chegamos a uma sala de 72 graus muito úmida que não podia ser resfriada. Acontece que 70 graus é o mínimo possível. Fazemos muitas atividades ao ar livre e queremos voltar para uma sala mais fresca. Este foi o maior problema da estadia.Acabei suando durante 4 noites de sono e tive que dormir sem lençóis para ficar confortável.As luzes automáticas eram REALMENTE irritantes porque eu acordava minha namorada toda vez que ia ao banheiro e as luzes ficavam no máximo.Quando eu fico em um hotel, procuro limpeza, conforto e controle do meu ambiente. Este hotel oferece apenas uma sala limpa. Não é confortável e você não tem controle sobre as coisas básicas.Compre um Air B e B - é mais barato e melhor.”
