My husband and I came here for an anniversary trip, and we have had an excellent time. The food is great, there are 6 restaurants on top of two buffets, several snack bars, and food that’s cooked near the beach (paella, fresh fish, etc.) Great drinks, too! Our room was large and really comfortable. We loved having a jetted tub on our private deck! The beach is pristine, and we were able to easily get drinks and snacks as quickly. We went to the spa twice, and loved it as well. Great experience. We would stay at Iberostar again!

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The staff, the food, and the relaxation. Employees were very helpful and welcoming. The shows at night were always so fun and Hector was always making sure everyone was involved. He would always come and talk to us to make sure we knew about the shows for the night and answer any questions we may have. Yesenia in the Lobby Bar was always welcoming and provided good service, as well as Teresa and Claudia in the buffet. Rolando at the beach bar made the best drinks. We will definitely be coming back again!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by amazing staff. We arrived late but were accommodated with room service. The next day we were greeted by Alvin, he gave us all the details about the activities, he was such a great source of information and kept us in the loop. The drinks kept flowing from the amazing bar tenders. Alvin helped answer all questions and took the time out of his busy day, to remember our individual names. The pools were perfect, the staff was great and I would totally recommend coming here again to anyone. It was just such a fun and memorable time. It’s great to have people you can trust and cont on. We totally get at home

We just recently stayed at Iberostar Cancun and it was a blast! We were there with a large group for a few friends birthdays. We had a partial ocean view room and the view was still gorgeous! The resort had a lot of options and stuff going on. I think overall the staff is what makes this place awesome. They became our friends throughout our stay. Hector was our main pool activity buddy and we was amazing, so fun and engaging. He even showed us to some of the shows at night which were fun! Fernando and Jaime in the main lobby bar were top notch, so sweet and so fun! They took great care of us! Irving at the American Bistro was prob our favorite server who made sure we were well taken care of. Our rooms were cleaned very nicely daily. I would definitely stay there again!

There is so many great things about this place that I don’t even know where to begin. The food is amazing all the restaurant are delicious and have great service. Even the buffet has amazing food to try from. There is even a coffee shop that tastes better than Starbucks. There is so many activities for kids and adults to have booth fun during both day and night. The staff of the activities and food are so nice and help with the special activities they do every day. Look for: Hector, Kevin, Alvin, Maggie, Santiago, and Alex. All of these people became my friends and still are through social media. I recommend this trip for the whole family and couples.

This resort was amazing! The rooms were great and kept a nice cool temperature. The food was great both at the buffet and the restaurants. The best part was how friendly and hard working the staff was from the bartenders, servers, pool cleaners, concierge, and entertainment staff (especially Alvin, Louis, and Samuel!) Always making sure you were having a great experience. There are always activities going on you can join, but can also just relax by the beautiful beach and pool as there is plenty of space. The nighttime entertainment is also a great way to end the day. I would absolutely come back to this resort and would check out this brand at other locations.

Excellent costumer service. The workers are very nice, food is good, rooms very clean. Even when the hurricane was here, the hotel staff worked very fast to fix all and keep the hotel in excellent conditions. They have an extraordinary room service. Excellent views to the ocean from their rooms. I could not find any problems in my stay, I will go again for sure!!

Is the best service ,don't look no where else ,If you don't want to buy timeshare they don't get mad,,I had a great time there ,,I'll go back to them without thinking it twice..really nice and friendly staff.

We stayed at the Coral Level Adults Only Section and it was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and all have amazing views of the beach. The food was exceptional and so much choice. The entertainment staff are fantastic and very talented, Gio is an amazing dancer and so friendly! The pool is great and you can also use the facilities and the main hotel area. The only downside was being harrassed about joining the Iberostar club which I feel they took advantage of people enjoying themselves on holiday and is an issue that still hasn’t been resolved for my parents.

My stay at Iberostar was amazing. They are very clean and use amazing sanitizing skills within the hotel. The food is great and the staff is even better. Hotel Staff Member Osvaldo definitely helped make my stay and my friends stay even better! Thanks to Osvaldo I won hotel prizes in Bingo , and a ring tossing game. He also guided my friends and I to great nearby places to shop and eat. Osvaldo and the rest of the staff definitely helped make our stay at the hotel an even better experience. 5 Stars!!!

A stay I will never forget! From the time I walked in Enbrostar to when I left, I was treated like royalty. Every single staff member was so engaging and willing to help! The animation team are all fun and there is always something planned. Beautiful location, pristine beaches with quality drinks and food. Amazing experience. Thanks to all who work hard to make it happen.
