Bom pequeno almoço. Cafée chá a todas as horas. Localização muito próxima do lago. Hotel novo. Piscina e sauna de entrada livre para os hospedes. Staff super simpático!

Quarto muito pequeno, mesmo para um casal que não sabemos como colocar nossas coisas e nossas malas .. muito pouco espaço de armazenamento. A insonorização deixa a desejar, esperamos tudo o que acontece na sala ao lado. O bug do wi-fi e quando funciona fica muito lento ... Hotel limpo e bem-vindo ao mesmo tempo

Habitación realmente pequeña incluso para una pareja que no sabemos cómo poner nuestras cosas y nuestras maletas .. muy poco espacio de almacenamiento. La insonorización deja algo que desear, esperamos todo lo que sucede en la habitación de al lado. El error de wifi y cuando funciona es muy, muy lento ... Amable bienvenida y hotel limpio de todos modos.

Hotel pequeno e aconchegante ... o serviço precisa melhorar um pouco no que diz respeito às comodidades. O tamanho do quarto é um pouco menor do que em outros hotéis, mas a equipe da recepção é perfeita e prestativa

Best thing about the hotel is the lobby and (most of the staff). I had a suite with electrical sockets which didn’t work and hall lights which didn’t turn off. I’ve seen better breakfasts in youth hostels and the lift is the size of a shoe box. It is in a convenient location to the train station but be mindful the red light district is on the doorstep and it doesn’t sleep. I picked up a few things in one go at breakfast (to eat at my table, in my own time), this saw a staff member be very rude to me accusing me of taking food away to eat later on. Be careful when picking some fruit up won’t you...

I loved this hotel. The price was not high at all, the location is incredible! The street is a tiny bit noisy at night but that did not bother us at all. It's a tidy and beautiful place in the middle of a busy area with very close access to everything. Would stay again!

The hotel is new and clean. However there was a cockroach in our room. The room was very hot and temperature not adjustable. The room is very small and no place for even cabin luggage. The sauna is cold. Staff is very nice and helpful though

No sé cómo este hotel logró que las malas críticas anteriores fueran borradas de Google, porque había muchas. Está en el barrio rojo de Ginebra, por lo que la seguridad en la noche es marginal. Nos cobraron impuestos adicionales al momento de pagar a pesar de que ya pagamos por adelantado la habitación en línea, por lo que básicamente nos cobraron dos veces. Nos dieron (una pareja casada) dos camas individuales a pesar de que queríamos una cama más grande, y la habitación que nos dieron tenía cojines con manchas blancas y crujientes (lo que, por supuesto, sospecho que era semen de huéspedes anteriores). Por favor, evite este lugar desagradable, ¿sí?

Não sei como esse hotel conseguiu remover os comentários ruins anteriores do Google, porque havia muitos. É no distrito da luz vermelha de Genebra, então a segurança à noite é marginal. Fomos cobrados de um imposto extra no check-out, embora já tenhamos pré-pago pelo quarto on-line, por isso fomos cobrados basicamente duas vezes. Eles nos deram (um casal) duas camas de solteiro, embora quiséssemos uma cama maior, e o quarto que eles nos deram tinha almofadas com manchas brancas crocantes (o que, é claro, eu suspeito que era o sêmen de hóspedes anteriores). Por favor, evite este lugar nojento, sim?

I don't know how this hotel managed to get the prior poor reviews scrubbed from Google, because there were many. It is in Geneva's red light district so safety at night is marginal. We were charged extra tax on check out even though we already pre-paid for the room online, so we were basically charged twice. The gave us (a married couple) two single beds even though we wanted a bigger bed, and the room they gave us had cushions with crusty white stains on them (which I of course suspect was semen from prior guest(s)). Please just avoid this disgusting place, yes?

Terrible! Vine pasada las 00 horas pagando más de lo que tengo pagada en mi reserva de mañana, y para colmo me dan una habitación ruidosa. Se imaginan que es pagar por dormir simplemente pocas horas y que no tengan criterio para darte otra habitación más tranquila. Terrible !!! Me queje y pedí que me cambiaran a otra habitación a las 2 am y solo quisieron darme la habitación del costado... Y sino que me vaya que no pueden hacer más. Pésimo... claro el ruido es externo pero mal trato es suyo. No vengáis y si soy españoles o hispanohablante este no es el hotel para ti porque nadie te entiende. La habitación aunque impecable, sumamente pequeña. No vale la pena.

Habitaciones acogedoras, cercano a todontipo de tiendas de alimentacion y restaurantes, en un paseo de 3 minutos llegas al lago, nos ha encantado. Un abrazo desde España, en especial a Francesca, nos atendio de lujo.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro. Habitaciones sencillas pero en buenas condiciones. Buenas instalaciones en piscina, jacutzzi y sauna, para un máximo de 10 personas (piscina). Si tuviera que volver a Ginebra repetiría hotel.
