“First I would like to start by saying that the hotel is decent but not even four stars decent. When booking I was carried away by the images and the title of all-inclusive for adults only and I thought that this hotel but is nothing more than a hotel that would not give it more than 3 stars and barely meets the minimum expectations of an all-inclusive. The service is good but it can improve, ll quality of the food leaves much to be desired you have more variety of stock dishes going to Golden Corral than in this place. The rooms are in good condition, but the one they assigned me when I arrived the refrigerator did not work, and neither did the telephone. The room service is AWFUL. Stay away from ordering something here, the food is not good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they sent me a club sandwich that looked like it had been made with canned chicken and vegetable leftovers from the lunch buffet. Another point of improvement that this complex could have is finding another place for its "bar/disco". It is very uncomfortable trying to sleep at 11 PM-12 AM and not being able to because the music from the disco rumbles your doors.Now, not everything is bad in this place, the pool area is very nice but it would be nice to have waiters around so you don't have to leave the area to look for drinks. The view from the pool to the mountains is beautiful, the beach is very well maintained and clean. The best thing about this hotel is its beach, crystal clear water with shades of turquoise blue as you dive further into the ocean. Through the beach, you can walk to Punta Bonita and Las Terrenas.The hotel needs many improvements to be considered a top hotel in the area, I only recommend it if you want to be close to Las Terrenas but without immersing yourself in the chaotic traffic of this small beach town.”
