“One of the nice things about this location is how walkable, bike-friendly, and transit-oriented it is. It’s a block from the subway and multiple Citibike stations and bus lines. You don’t need a car here. Unfortunately, the hotel staff chooses to drive and park cars and trucks all over the sidewalk right in front of the building. It’s gross, illegal, inconsiderate, and suggests something is seriously wrong with the folks running this place.”

“This hotel is not open yet. I booked here because it was supposed to be open the weekend of my friend's wedding. When that date was not going to happen I was contacted that my reservation was moved to the Fairfield Inn. That was fine - as long as we had a place to stay. But they made a reservation for the wrong date, so when I arrived at the Fairfield Inn I did not have a room. The best the General Manager of this property could do was potentially find a room in midtown, not helpful for a wedding in Brooklyn. Instead, my wife and I were forced to stay in a hostel-like room because that was the only room available in the area. Very poor experience - and the hotel is not even open yet!”
