“Uh don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. Upstairs pool look disheveled crooked umbrellas, towels were not laid out, bad ambience. Was very surprised.Inside the room had a weird smell and one of the light switches next to the bed was not working.The breakfast that comes with the room was amazing but they could not accommodate an extension cord so I could do my work. They charge for internet as well, which should come free, and valet is expensive at $60. 5 star hotels should not try to nickel and dime you.They did not have a restaurant/bar open past 9pm on a Monday so I had to go next door, to a 4 star hotel which was hosting a jazz night lol. So it lacked basic night time activities I expect from any high class hotel in La. Would not stay again”
