I really wanted to like this place. However, the commode couldn't flush. I had to take the cover off each time. The password for Internet on the key didn't work. The phone inside the room didn't work. For each complaint I had to physically go report to front desk. I asked for room change and that too was denied.

I would give them a 5 on everything, but trying to call operator or call in from outside. Almost impossible. Other than that, great place to stay. I will stay here again when I return. Madrid Family Watauga, Texas

Stayed 4night, key card doesn't work Every single day I had to get changed it. Don't take a taxi in front of the hotel. They want double the price. Staff keeps changing words. They told me about the price for covid testing and they don't even have info and gave wrong info. When the doctor? Came in, the price was double. So I asekd the lady again she said she gave me the right info but after she talked to the doctor She was like, "when did I tell you? No i didn't " They are not really helpful at all..

Had an amazing single night stay. The plus points are - central location, cleanliness, friendly staff, luggage storage and breakfast buffet. The only negative is- they are slightly expensive. Would recommend

Booked a room here and verified reservation on Ramada website. Never got a confirmation email after booking and when we showed up there we were informed that they are closed for renovations. Our reservation was honored by them at a different hotel which was further than we wanted to be. It’s understandable that during a time of low bookings this can happen, however if I would have known in advance I could have made a change myself to be where we needed to be.

As a Canadian visiting Cancun solo I booked a seven night stay at the Ramada Cancun I ended up leaving the Ramada Cancun on the fourth day of my stay even though I paid in advance for seven nights and was not refunded any money for the nights I didn’t stay. This is my real experience of staying at the Ramada Cancun. If you’re reading this and are Canadian or American I would seriously think twice about booking a stay at this hotel, the staff are malicious and dangerous the hotel manager Alberto acts like a gang member and if you accidentally ask him the wrong question or do something that he doesn’t approve of he will use extreme street bullying tactics to let you know he means business . My whole experience at the Ramada Cancun was absolutely bizarre, it was literally the strangest hotel experience of my entire life and extremely dangerous i literally could have died because of the incompetence and disregard directed towards me and other guests by the hotel staff at the Ramada Cancun, I talked to several guests who were telling me the same kind of negative experiences were happening to them courtesy of Alberto the hotel manager and other staff members. In the middle of a hurricane the night manager of the hotel Alberto at the Ramada Cancun hotel picked a fight with me and was yelling at me and being extremely threatening towards me because i ordered a bowl of oatmeal and a plate of fruit at the restaurant. All the guests at the hotel were placing orders for food to get a last meal in their stomachs to hold them over while we ride out the hurricane. Apparently because i ordered a bowl of oatmeal and a plate of fruit it was not acceptable and the night manager Alberto got extremely angry. I don't know if Alberto is the night manager but that is what he told me, I kept telling him to relax and calm down because he was literally yelling at me for placing a "special order" which is what he called my order. I told him several times to relax because he kept moving extremely close to me sticking his face in my face like he was going to hit me, he kept walking very close to me in a threatening manner, he kept being aggressive and confrontational walking up close to me and being extremely aggressive i kept telling him to relax, if i can't order oatmeal and fruit than o.k its no problem . We were in the middle of a hurricane and i didn't eat anything all day. At this point because of Alberto being extremely confrontational this made me feel extremely unsafe I was extremely afraid to stay at the hotel because i was worried the manager Alberto was going to violently attack me and there was no one to report this to because he was the night manager and the staff just stood around and watched as he was intimidating me and picking a fight with me. Also the fact that i wasn't going to be able to get any food at this hotel was putting my body in an extreme situation as my blood sugar was extremely low and i couldn’t order any real food what so ever because of Alberto being extremely aggressive and confrontational. I would have eating anything if they offered it to me, a burger, a cookie, a piece of bread even, i would have accepted anything. I went to my room and instantly packed all my bags and told myself i either risk being attacked and assaulted by the manager or i go out into the middle of a hurricane and find a hotel where i feel safe and so i went out into the hurricane with two large luggages weighing fifty pounds each and a large backpack, the streets were literally empty because the entire city was on lockdown and the wind was blowing extremely hard it was a real full blown hurricane. Luckily by the grace of god I was able to flag down a taxi who drove me to a different hotel, the taxi driver told me he almost didn't pick me up as he was on his way home to take shelter from the hurricane, the taxi driver was such a nice man he took me to a new hotel and i gave him a nice tip to show my gratitude and I told him please get home safe

The place is really comfortable with a beautiful pool, the restaurant got really good plates a tasty pizza. They're really nice and sweet.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean, and good wifi. The staff do everything to ensure that you have a good experience at the hotel.

It was ok. It kinda reminding me of going to my grandmothers house very generic. The bed was a king size but not very comfortable. We paid less for another place and it was more comfortable and inviting. I found some of the staff here kinda rude. The girls is no where near anything. So if you want a nice slow quiet place this is it. I would not return to this hotel.

The location is very convenient - it may not be in the hotel zone but it is close to the ADO bus stand and close to Mercado 28 all of which are within 10 minutes of walking distance. It has a free shuttle to the beach daily. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has Mexican and Western Foods. We got a good deal and it was included in our room price. The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and hard-working. However we have an annoyance. There's a smell of sewage in the hallway of the second floor. And we have communicated this to the stuff.

Has been such a great stay here. Staff has been very good and pleasant. I was greeted outside upon arrival. The front desk clerk has been so accommodating, informative and so helpful. Room was spacious. Wish it was a carpeted floor but that's not a big deal.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. Our room was clean and spacious. We even had a small balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor veranda for drinks in the evening. No complaints here.
