“Fantastic place to stay. Food was great, from western pizza, burgers, spaghetti etc to Chinise / Cantonese. Had the chilli beef and wss amazing. Pool is huge and staff are extremely helpful.”

“Our experience at Pullman was enhanced by great customer service. Bob Naresh, guest service manager, helped us immensely in planning our visit at Zhangjiajie. He gave us some great suggestions, and got tickets from external source which were unavailable online. Moreover, he helped us get rooms for extra nights at great rate when we decided to extend our stay. Overall, I can firmly say that without him and his team support we would not have had such a great experience. Thank you to entire team!”
