Como você pode ver pelo meu perfil, não sou de deixar comentários. No entanto, este hotel merece muito mais crédito do que o que eles recebem. Este lugar é incrível. Para começar, eles ficam a 5 minutos do aeroporto e provam um serviço de transporte gratuito. Quando desembarquei em Honolulu, eles chegaram em 10 minutos. Na chegada, eles levaram minhas malas e me guiaram. O check-in foi tranquilo e há um elevador prontamente disponível. O hotel tem um salão que oferece café gratuito todas as manhãs. Eles também têm um pequeno Shoppet com preços mais do que razoáveis. Também anexo ao hotel é um restaurante local que é de morrer. A comida é incrível e eles oferecem café da manhã também. Ao entrar no quarto, estava limpo e não senti o “cheiro” a que os outros se referem. Os lençóis estavam limpos e me forneceram várias toalhas limpas. Para minha surpresa, havia um microondas e geladeira. O ac funcionou bem. Eu li uma resenha de alguém dizendo que não conseguia acessar o ac .. bem, para começar, há um controle remoto. No entanto, tenho apenas 5'2 e consegui alcançá-lo, então não deve ser um problema. Não aluguei carro, mas também havia estacionamento gratuito. O banheiro estava limpo à chegada e a água era agradável e quente. No geral, você não pode vencê-lo pelo preço. Também um grito especial para as pessoas que trabalham na recepção. O homem lá me deu uma hora extra gratuita para fazer o check-out. No entanto, eu precisava de mais tempo e estendi por 3 horas por um preço muito razoável. As you can tell by my profile, I’m not one to leave reviews. However, this hotel deserves much more credit then what they receive. This place is amazing. For starters, they are like 5 minutes from the airport and they prove a free shuttle. When I landed in Honolulu, they got there within 10 minutes. Upon arrival, they took my bags down and guided me in. Check in was a breeze and there’s an elevator readily available. The hotel has a lounge which provides free coffee every morning. They also have a little Shoppet with more than reasonable prices. Also attached to the hotel is a local restaurant that is to die for. Food is amazing and they offer breakfast as well. Upon entering the room, it was clean and I didn’t experience the “smell” others refer to. The bed sheets were clean and I was provided with multiple clean towels. To my surprise there was a microwave and fridge. The ac worked well. I read a review of someone saying they couldn’t reach the ac .. well for starters, there is a remote. However, I’m only 5’2 and was able to reach it, so it shouldn’t be a problem. I didn’t rent a car but there was also free parking. The bathroom was clean upon arrival and the water was nice and hot. Overall, you can’t beat it for the price. Also a special shout out to the people working at the front desk. The man there gave me an extra hour free of charge to check out. I however needed more time and extended it for 3 hours for a very reasonable price. However, I left only an hour and a half after noon. Lani who was working at the front desk, noticed I didn’t use all the time I paid for and she refunded me the rest of my money without me even asking ! Amazing customer service. I also asked if I could get the shuttle to the airport and she took me that second. Literally. She checked me out and I was at the airport 5 minutes later. I highly recommend booking here. Amazing overall!

I was a bit nervous about booking because of the mixed reviews, but was totally pleasantly surprised! Pros: -Seems like they are making improvements, I.e New Floors, routers in each room, branding on soaps and lotions. I appreciated these touches. -I checked in after sunset and the lady at the desk was super sweet and friendly. -Free parking and great location! There is construction blocking one entrance but the other entrance near the park is right across from the airport! It literally took me 5 minutes to drive to the rental car return garage. For the price compared to the nearby Best Western—- can’t beat it! -I felt very safe as a female, solo traveler. - the place has character. You can tell they are trying to care. I didn’t try the attached restaurant but it smelled good from the courtyard. Even the cleaning lady was super friendly to me in the morning when I checked out. Things to know: - it’s not a resort so don’t expect luxury. It’s a humble hotel with character but they are trying. - there is construction right now because the city is building a railway. Follow the blue signs that say hotel. - a/c units work great but can be a bit noisy if you’re a sensitive sleeper - washer and dryer are available but they are coin operated. I would’ve used them if they take a credit card. Coins are cumbersome for customers, cards are easier. Overall would recommend to anyone and would return. Keep an open mind and enjoy!

A equipe da recepção para a equipe de limpeza, todos foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Fui autorizado a mudar de quarto quando não estou satisfeito com o que reservei originalmente. Café e água quente no lobby são frescos a qualquer hora, seu mini-mercado está totalmente abastecido com alimentos, remédios, lanches e necessidades de lavanderia. Toda a propriedade é limpa e bem conservada pela equipe de manutenção/limpeza. O restaurante chinês é comparável aos restaurantes do centro, mas os preços são muito mais baratos/mais baixos. WiFi é o melhor, cada quarto tem seu próprio roteador, então não há compartilhamento com todos os outros quartos/hóspedes e sinal forte porque no seu quarto.

This place is noisy. The hotel is right next to an active construction site for the new rail line. They were running a jackhammer until midnight on a Monday night. The rooms are small and need to be updated. Plaster is old and cracked. I needed to plug in my laptop and the only place that wasn't blocked by furniture was the bathroom outlet. The lights in the courtyard shine right through the Venetian blinds. I put a towel on the blinds and it was still too bright. The walls are thin and I could hear when the other guests woke up and were talking. Turning on a shower in the next room was incredibly loud. The AC was also very loud. The AC turned on with a wall switch but to adjust it, I needed to climb on a chair. A short person would not be able to reach at all. There is a restaurant at the hotel but it was closed during my stay. There are few other options for food nearby. There are snacks available in the lobby. There is a pool open from 9 to 9Overall I would not recommend this hotel. It will be located on the rail line when it is finished, but it is much too noisy today

The staff from the front desk to cleaning staff, all were very helpful and friendly. I was allowed to change room when I'm not satisfied with what I originally booked. Coffee & hot water at the lobby is fresh anytime, their mini grocery is fully stocked from food, medicine, snacks and laundry needs. All over the property is clean and well kept by the maintenance/cleaning staff. Chinese restaurant is comparable to downtown restaurants but prices are much cheaper/lower. WiFi is the best, each room have their own router, so no sharing with all other rooms/guests and strong signal because in your room.

A recepcionista do check-in tarde da noite era mal-humorada e hostil, ela parecia odiar seu trabalho. O preço veio diferente da minha reserva online (apenas por US$ 14 a mais, mas ainda não deveria ter acontecido) e eles não estavam dispostos a alterá-lo. Quando chegamos ao quarto, foi horrível! É o que eu poderia esperar de um quarto de hotel que você aluga por hora. Você pode ver pelas fotos. A parede do chuveiro estava suja, insetos mortos no chão do banheiro. Substâncias secas desconhecidas no chão do banheiro. Móveis quebrados ou danificados. Reparos de parede inacabados. Danos de água não corrigidos. Abertura grande o suficiente sob a porta da frente para que insetos e pequenos roedores pudessem passar. A menos que dormir na rua seja sua única outra opção, eu não recomendaria ficar aqui.

Este hotel é um sólido 4 estrelas. É um ótimo valor para um quarto simples e limpo com um bom chuveiro de alta pressão e uma equipe muito simpática.Se você está aqui para uma noite como eu estava, o transporte do hotel para o aeroporto é um valor agregado sério, porque os principais hotéis não estão perto do aeroporto. Além disso, você vai pagar muito mais em impostos e taxas também.

O hotel estava limpo O atendimento ao cliente foi incrível, a única coisa que comentarei é… a pintura deles precisa ser feita, conforme mostrado nas fotos que forneci. O hotel dá o significado antigo do Havaí (bela música do Havaí tocando no pequeno jardim, janelas com persianas) não localizado no local mais conveniente se você não tiver um veículo. Belo parque do outro lado da rua. A razão pela qual dei 5 estrelas é porque, como mencionei, o atendimento ao cliente foi incrível, atencioso, prestativo, profissional, amigável e eles também têm um serviço de transporte que pode buscá-lo no aeroporto gratuitamente ou cobrado. Visitei devido a negócios.

O transporte para o aeroporto foi perfeito e conveniente. Quarto limpo, as camas eram confortáveis, a equipe foi muito gentil e prestativa. Microondas e geladeira foi uma grande vantagem. Não consegui conferir a piscina e o restaurante chinês, mas foi bom que estivesse aberto, especialmente durante o covid. Com certeza, ficaria no Pacific Marina novamente.

This hotel is a solid 4 Stars. It's a great value for a simple clean room with a nice high pressure shower and very friendly staff.If you are here for a night like I was, their hotel shuttle to the airport is serious added value because the main hotels are not close to the airport. Plus you will pay a lot more in taxes and fees as well.

Estoy en este momento hospedada aquí, mi novio me hizo la reserva y cuando llego me dicen que tengo que pasar mi tarjeta porque no fue pagada cuando si lo fué , traigo la fotocopia de la reserva donde dice mi nombre y dicen que no fue hecha a mi nombreme tuvieron 2 horas sin darme la llave y un trato muy malo 3 mujeres muy antipaticas en recepciòn y me trataron muy mal , no se los recomiendo, el hotel muy feo y todo muy decepcionante me han cobrando 344 dolares por 2 noches

The late night check-in clerk was cranky and unfriendly,she seemed like she hated her job. The price came up different from my online reservation ( only by $14 more, but still shouldn't have happened) and they were unwilling to change it. When we got to the room, it was horrible!It is what I might expect from a hotel room you rent by the hour. You can see from the pics. The shower wall was dirty, dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom. Unknown dried substances on the floor of the bathroom.Broken or damaged furniture.Unfinished wall repairs.Unfixed water damage. Big enough gap under front door that bugs and small rodents could fit through. Unless sleeping on the street is your only other option, I would not recommend staying here.

Nice cozy little hotel close to the airport. Second time staying there. But this time that rail is blocking the mountain view really an eye sore. I liked the restaurant bar on property but this time it looked like it closed down. Pretty affordable I will be back.

Airport shuttle was perfect and convenient. Clean room, beds were comfortable, staff was very kind and helpful. Microwave and fridge was a big plus. I wasn’t able to check out the pool and Chinese restaurant but it was nice that is was open especially during covid. I would definitely stay at Pacific Marina again.

Hotel was clean Customer service was amazing, the only thing I will comment on is… their is some painting that needs to be done as shown on the pictures I provided. Hotel gives old Hawaii meaning (beautiful Hawaii music playing through the small garden, shutter windows) not located in the most convenient place if you don’t have a vehicle. Beautiful park across the street. The reason I gave it 5 stars it’s because as I mentioned Customer service was amazing, attentive, helpful, professional, friendly and they also have a shuttle that can pick you up from the Airport Free or charge. I visited due to business.

Humedad, olor, agua en el piso del baño, ruidos del ventilador, pedí que me cambien de habitación y la segunda era peor que la primera, la peor esperiencia en hoteles ya que en las fotos parece un hotel más lindo y no lo es...

Solo pasamos unas horas antes de tomar un vuelo y estuvo muy bien, el único inconveniente es que no hay ascensor

Es una buena opción porque está cerca al aeropuerto.Yo lo reserve por Airbnb y para pareja nos costó Usd 100 así que fue bueno porque nos recogieron y llevaron gratis....Normalmente cuesta Usd 15 así que eso nos ahorramos...ellos tienen transporte cada media hora y para recogerte se demoran 10 minutos porque es muy cerca.ojo solo en transporte.Caminando puede ser media hora o más y es zona industrial...

El hotel está en un polígono industrial al lado del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones está bien. Alrededor no hay nada. Tienes que coger el coche para moverte a cualquier sitio. Tiene un restaurante de comida china en el mismo hotel.

Hotel muy cercano al aeropuerto de Honolulu con servio de shuttle. Tiene alberca y cuentan con una tienda donde puedes comprar desde souvenirs hasta una pizza paga cenar. El staff es muy amable y las habitaciones son cómodas. Es justo lo que buscas si quieres descansar antes de que salga tu vuelo. Precios muy buenos.
