“We were traveling from Poland to the Netherlands and had planned to stop in Hannover, Germany. When we arrived at our hotel, we were told we would need to get covid tested to stay the night. The line was very long and wrapped around the building outside. We have a young baby and it was nearly time for her to go to sleep. We decided to cancel our reservation and continue driving towards home. We contacted the Hotel NH one hour before our arrival and they were able to get us a room accommodation and had it set up with a baby bed upon arrival. We were impressed with the room. The room had many features that we liked i.e. clean, modern, good lighting, plenty of room to move around, mini fridge, windows that opened for fresh air, good shower pressure, no carpet. The only minor negative was the mattress. It was slightly uncomfortable. The breakfast was included in our room cost and it was tasty.”

“Nice rooms, although our room seemed almost incomplete the way it was set up. The minifridge was just in the open on the floor plugged in. Missing outlets by the bed. But the size of the rooms are generous. Breakfast was good. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The heat in the main area's was on which was unusual as it was very warm. Location can't be beat directly beside the Haupbahnhof and only a 5 minute walk to the Altmarkt and other great shopping. We walked about 30-40 minutes to Signal Iduna Park.”
