“Had a truly incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental this past weekend. The service was exceptional, and the hotel location is perfect (walking distance to the bustling downtown area of Brickell, but set slightly outside on Brickell Key where it is more peaceful). We loved the spa and every room has a balcony. I would literally go back in a heartbeat, such a fantastic place. Also they have a really great happy hour in the hotel bar and live music on the weekends.”

“My favorite thing about this hotel is the view. If you get the waterfront room then it feels like you’re on a cruise ship. The balcony feels like you’re on a ship at dock. You can lay on the sofa inside with AC on and enjoy the view. Bedding is super perfect white and soft. The robes and slippers are comfy. The chocolates we got at arrival were perfect. Housekeeping is not available during your covid stay until checkout.”
