“The management at this hotel care nothing for their guests and care nothing about any concerns you bring to their attention. My car was damaged in their valet and I spoke with GM Chris. He was extremely rude and dismissive of my issue and did not want to talk to me about it. This man’s patience is far too easily exhausted for someone that works with the public. Beware when you stay here because they will sacrifice their integrity to save a few dollars”

“My friend and I felt like we were being judged by the entire staff (with the exception of vallet, they were amazing).Upon arrival we asked about the M Lounge and were immediately told it was for only certain people with (status at there establishment).Well, guess what... we had that status but they didn't bother to check and decided to judge us by the way we looked walking in.We ended up getting our access but the rest of our stay, I still felt that other shifts looked down on me as if I didn't belong there. It's cool though I still have a smile on my face.I do want to add though that the building is incredibly beautiful and I really appreciate that they worked with the existing structure and added to make the beautiful hotel it is today instead of demolishing history and starting over.”
