Worst service. If you’re a tourist don’t come here because your experience will be bad. The receptionists at the desk are not helpful at all. I was checked in late on my first day of arrival and is not given my right to check out as late. The water shower changes temperature from your preferred temperature to super hot suddenly and the TV did not work. Totally unfair treatment and misguidance as they promise you late check out and then they are not up to the promise. When I tried to say that it is my right to checkout as late they said rooms are full and we will only give you half an hour extra while I waited for more. When I tried to discuss this, another receptionist jumped in the conversation and tried to teach me what is my right obtain, he kept saying “this is not how it works” and didn’t know what he was saying. I thought this was a good hotel and guest satisfaction and experience are important to the hotel. but turns out that’s not really the case and it’s ok with them to take your rights. Don’t book here if you want fair treatment.

We stayed at the Glockenhof for 2 days in May 2022 during our summer trip to Switzerland. The hotel is very conveniently located and we could reach the hotel from the train station quite easily. The staff at the reception were very approachable and the check in and check out process was very smooth. I had booked their Family room with play area which I found only on their website. It was perfect for our family of 4. The room is basically two connecting rooms with one room for customised for kids. The rooms were perfect and the kids room was very well thought through with a triple bunk bed, tent, toys and boardgames to keep the kids engaged. The bathrooms were also very child friendly with bath toys. The breakfast experience though was so-so. They were short on staff and our eggs to order and coffee were missed and we had to remind them more than once and the spread left us wanting. But that's just nit picking in what was otherwise a very good stay in Zurich.

Its an amazing hotel to stay in. It is a great place in a great location. Everything you need is around you. The room is amazing well designed with balcony. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Thanks to Manuola and Ahmad Sha in the reception. Great and helpful people. They helped me and answered all my questions.. The breakfast buffet is amazing with good variety of food in which you can sit inside or outdoor in the garden. I high recommend this hotel to everyone, it got everything you need in a hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Glockenhof for 3 nights at the end of our honeymoon. We loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a really nice size and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable. We highly recommend it.

Friendly and comfortable hotel. High standard of cleanliness. One of the things I appreciated was to be able to control the air-conditioning. The most valuable asset of this hotel is its staff. The staff at Glockenhof in the hotel and restaurant work very hard satisfy allthe expectations of their guests. A very special thank to Peter in the restaurant who has a remarkable ability ofgood sense of humour, a human touch, knowing how to overcome potentially awkward situations. It is not easy to travel alone, not having an opportunity to share your impressions and thoughts with anyone. It is why I treasured every little chat we had around the table. . Price is relatively higher, but the location is excellent, reception arrived the room to us once its available before check-in time. Love the coffee machine in room! Big bathroom! Big beds! Silence...
