“To our surprise...for a hotel that looks so decently comfortable from Agoda...we were disappointed to find what looks like a beautiful hotel to have such a rundown feeling to it. Our ceiling room matched parts of the lobby ceiling with holes causing a minor puddle of water to form from the leaking ac. For an area that doesn't have much around it...you would hope to be able to order room service if you're hungry. But no.No room service. Just a 4-year old local delivery directory. Not all horrible. But not all that great.”

“The Hotel is of a nice grand style and the staff are very nice and friendly But the hotel has air condition problems. Perhaps due to the age of the hotel. We have stay in 5 difference rooms because of the noise from the air con or the fan would not adjust to the low speed. Out of the 5 rooms only one had the air con working correctly. Hotel does get road noise but then Sukhumvit road is very busy. Swimming pool can be a little cold because it is in a court yard surrounded by the hotel so a lax of sun on the pool and the size is not ideal for a good swim. We would not recommend the breakfast that you have to order the day before and it comes in a plastic bag some times a bit cold. The location is good and in easy walking to good food places. Good covered Parking. Welcome drink and cake. Good coffee machine if you do not leave it to late. Rooms are nice and clean. TV lax English channels only found one and had a poor picture and the other channels very limited. Wi Fi was strong.
