I had a great stay. Friendly stay clean and I felt very safe. Awesome place to stay.

Room was clean and bedding was comfortable and high quality. Breakfast and the lobby was horrible. Some of the armchairs were riddled with stains. The kitchen staff made a ridiculous amount of noise, crashing plates and silverware almost constantly. Scrabbled eggs were dry and tasteless, the oatmeal was watery, the breads were bland and of cheapest quality. Coffee was very poor quality, but plentiful. Did not try the pool since it was closed for the season. The gym looked well equipped. The main hotel staff was friendly but the maintenance crew was extremely loud.

I like the rooms in this hotel. They are large and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location. They also have night security which is a huge plus (piece of mind).

The stay was average. The hotel hallways need cleaning. The first thing a guest sees in the condition and upkeep of the hotel. It was subpar. The first room I checked into has a torn cushion on the sofa. That told me that housekeeping is not paying attention to details. I was switched to another room, which was better for the moment. The first morning I discovered the shower only partially worked. As I left for the day, I advised the front desk and was told it would be addressed. Upon my return, I was told it had been attended to but not completely fixed. I tested the result, better, but certainly, it wasn't working as a shower normally does. I explained my issues when I checked out and received excuses regarding poor prior management. Guests want issues dwelt with quickly and completely. Should I have requested or been offered a different room, yes. But at that point, the next room might have been worse.

Room was clean. Had a small kitchen & sitting area separate from bedroom area. Had a ceiling fan in bedroom which I really appreciate. Couch showed some wear but seemed clean. I only stayed one night but it seems like it would be perfect if having to stay an extended period. I definitely would stay here again when needing a hotel near the airport.

So very dirty…/ absolutely filthy and Hilton should be ashamed. The wall paper falling off the walls, stains all over the ceilings and carpet. The sofa was frayed and needed to be covered with a sheet. Kitchen was falling apart. Shower curtain falling out of the wall. It feels and looks like a Condemned nursing home. I wish I could post pictures

Older property in need of renovation. Clean but worn. No kitchen sink soap, the drain the the bathroom will not close. The soap dish in the shower has been broken off and reglued instead or replaced. Service was very good, and personable.

Very nice hotel.The front desk was very accommodating.They are not currently doing the evening social because of covid concerns.They are doing the free breakfast.Update on March 6, 2022, they say they now have the evening social on Wednesday nights but I did not confirm this personally

Eu tenho ficado neste hotel para trabalhar nos últimos 3 meses, está tudo bem até ontem à noite eu encontrei Bug no meu quarto. Eu capturei um e levei para a recepção pedindo um novo quarto e eles me negaram serviço. Eu não iria para este hotel em qualquer meio necessário. O Radisson seria o hotel que eu vou limpar e trabalhar com você se você tiver algum problema.

Este hotel fica ao lado do aeroporto. Saímos antes do café da manhã, mas a equipe foi super amigável. Eles até pagaram um Lyft para nós, já que o ônibus estava funcionando apenas à noite. Os quartos são pequenas suítes com cozinha completa e seriam confortáveis ​​para uma longa estadia.

We always stay here when in Nashville. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful, location is great, and it is quiet. It is an older hotel that could use an update but a good value for the price.

This hotel is right by the airport.We left before breakfast but the staff was super friendly.They even paid for a Lyft for us since the shuttle was only running in the evening.The rooms are small suites with a full kitchen and would be comfortable for a long stay.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for work for the last 3 months, it’s been okay up until last night I found Bug’s in my room. I captured one and took it to the front desk asking for a new room and they denied me service. I would not go to this hotel at any means Necessary. The Radisson would be the hotel I go to nice clean and they work with you if you have any problems.

Fiquei aqui há 2 anos e fiquei extremamente satisfeito. Avançando para a semana passada, foi uma decepção total. Os quartos não são mantidos ou limpos. Stayed here 2 years ago and was extremely satisfied.Fast-forward to last week and it was a total disappointment.The rooms are not maintained or cleaned.Stains on furniture and carpets, dishes and silverware were filthy and wound up moving rooms due to ants and a blocked up kitchen sink that they could not repair.Both rooms had broken toilet seats. As a Hilton Honors member, I was shocked and disappointed. Don't waste your money here.

Este é sem dúvida o melhor hotel em que já estive. É pequeno e encantador, ao mesmo tempo que é extremamente hospitaleiro. Os serviços aos hóspedes, desde o gerente até a equipe de limpeza, são A1. Esta tem sido a nossa casa nos últimos 3 meses após sermos deslocados pela IDA e encontramos um apartamento para onde nos mudarmos, então partiremos em breve. Essa experiência me mostrou que boas pessoas estão por aí e geralmente trabalham no atendimento ao cliente. Durante os 3 meses inteiros, vimos grandes sorrisos cada vez que entramos e eles ainda são tão complacentes como quando chegamos. Obrigado ao pessoal. Nada que pudéssemos fazer iria recompensá-lo pela gentileza que recebemos. Estou grávida e com risco elevado / muito doente e a equipe percebeu isso e aumentou a hospitalidade. Simplesmente incrível! Irá recomendar este lugar para a vida.

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s small and charming while also being extremely hospitable. The guest services from the manager to the housekeeping staff are A1. This has been our home for the last 3 months after being displaced by IDA and we have found an apartment to move into so we will be leaving soon. This experience has shown me that good people are out there and usually work in customer service. For the entire 3 months we have seen big smiles every time we walk in and they are still just as accommodating as when we first arrived. Thank you to the staff. Nothing we could ever do would repay you for the kindness we have received. I am pregnant and high risk/very sick and the staff picked up on it and ramped up the hospitality. Just amazing! Will recommend this place for life.

Hotel was comfy and quiet. Everything was clean. The only reason I am giving it a four is that it could use a little updating and the window in the bedroom was open when we arrived and would not lock properly.

NEVER WILL I EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! hotel was okay I guess water damage was on the ceiling, the tv constantly shutting on and off and our bathroom door was acting up. There was trash already in the hotel room. Not to mention we got charge for something we didn’t do and they have no type of proof that we did it. We call up there nicely and the lady was being very rude and hung up. We were good residents we left no mess in the room and still charge us about 300 dollars for something we didn’t do. Don’t go there they want to steal your money!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and it was nice still being able to get breakfast in the hotel. For a week during a pandemic, i highly recommend a room with a mini kitchen.

How did you even know I was there? Who are you? I will never go there again and I am cancelling my reservation. DO NOT STALK ME AGAIN. Next time I will call the FBI.

my parents trucks were broken into along with 3 other trucks. 2 of those trucks that were broken into had visible combat veteran license plates and military stickers. the items that were stolen were firearms, hundreds of dollars, and a set of tools. the person responsible for the robberies is held unaccountable because there were no cameras in the area. there was a bug in my bed, and on the curtains, both were completely different bugs. there is visible rust in the bathroom area. there was no ice box in my room. the bathroom dehumidifier did not work. there was a coffee cup left in my room from the previous residents.

He tenido las mejores experiencias las 4 últimas veces que me he hospedado en este lugar y siempre ha sido el hotel recomendado para los demás miembros de mi compañía por la cercanía al aeropuerto, además porque tiene cocina completamente equipada. No se qué pasó esta semana mi habitación no tenía ollas (solo la pequeña que ven aquí) llame a recepción a pedir ollas, me contesto una señorita muy amable. Cuando colgué vi que no tenían cuchillo de cocina, así que volví a llamar para pedir que me subieran uno junto con las ollas, en esta oportunidad me contesto “Adam” quien realmente no se si no sabe cómo está equipado el hotel, es nuevo, o que, pero aparentemente yo como cliente se un poco más que él de lo que tienen o no en las habitaciones. Cuando le pedí que necesitaba un cuchillo de cocina me aseguró que no tenían, que solo habían cuchillos de mantequilla, le dije que yo sabía que tenían cuchillos ya que siempre cocino aquí pero su respuesta en todo momento fue NO. No me ofrecía ninguna solución y ante mi insistencia (porque de verdad necesitaba el cuchillo para cocinar si no, ni siquiera hubiera llamado por ollas) me quiso cambiar el tema preguntándome por las ollas que necesitaba eso me enojo y le dije que su actitud me estaba enojando a lo que respondió con un OK... ok??? Es una repuesta para un cliente? Pedí hablar con el manager del hotel pero me dijo que no estaba. Colgue. A los minutos tocó la puerta de mi habitación una señora que venía con las ollas y con un cuchillo. Cuchillo pequeño pero que funcionaba porque solo quería cortar verduras para una ensalada. Pero... el cuchillo estaba sucio, no se preocuparon ni siquiera de lavarlo antes de subirlo. Estoy muy decepcionada del servicio recibido el día el día de hoy. No volveremos a reservar con este hotel.Update: 30 minutos después me acaban de traer un cuchillo de cocina limpio.
