“Incredible view from the roof top pool. Large clean rooms. Convenient parking. Friendly staff and great service. Perfectly located in the financial district with many commercial centers and restaurants. Easy access to the old centre by metro or bus. Delicious English or Spanish type breakfast. An all around winner for my family and I. An address to conserve.”

“The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The hotel itself looked nice enough. Breakfast was also good, but the room in the bathroom were disgusting hair and nails to the floor. The carpet was not vacuumed, there were nuts and paper stuff on the ground and in the bed were short black hair and blonde. the comforter had stains. the bins were not emptied every day. The TV had no German channels I'm at the front desk, and I checked it was laughed and said I should go call. nobody phoned. poor service. We would not recommend this does not 4 stars.”
